Story
Leo is the sweetest, happiest boy with such a loving personality. He’s fully trained - knows sit, lay down, stay, and even “whisper.” He’s wonderful with other dogs and kids and truly just wants to play and be close to his people. He’s a St. Bernadoodle. His dad was a black merle Standard Poodle, and his mom was a St. Bernard / Bernese Mountain Dog / Poodle mix, giving him a beautiful look and gentle temperament. Leo has a partially torn ligament in his knee and needs surgery. I’m committed to helping pay for it and he is insured. Recovery is 8-12 weeks of limited activity plus simple at-home PT. I recently accepted a job in New York and don’t feel I can manage the move and his recovery properly. This is incredibly hard- he is truly an amazing dog who deserves the very best home. I know it’s a lot to ask, but I’m hoping to find someone who can give Leo the loving, steady home he deserves. He truly is an amazing boy and will give so much love in return.

Story
Sweet, loving Luna is looking for a great, forever home.Luna has a gentle temperament and does very well with cats, other dogs and kids. She can be very stressed when first meeting new people, and needs quiet time to adapt to a new situation or environmentSmart, loyal, low-shedding breed. Previous owners stated that she had received her rabies vaccination, but unfortunately, no paperwork was provided. We can charge an 800 rehoming fee after we take her to a vet, or we can lower it to 700 if you'd like to take her to your own veterinarian yourself. We are looking for the best fit for her. He would make a wonderful companion and friend for a patient and caring home.

Story
FOREVER HOME NEEDED (currently in foster care) Meet Cole! Cole is an adorable 1-year-old, 9 lb Yorkiepoo who came to us as an owner surrender when his previous owner could no longer care for him. He is currently thriving in a foster home and is ready to find his forever family! Cole is a happy, energetic, and playful little guy with a big personality packed into a small body. He is extremely social, loves people, and absolutely lives for playtime with other dogs. He plays hard, can be vocal, and has a ton of youthful puppy energy ~ so he is looking for a home with another young, playful dog who can be his full-time playmate and help keep him well-socialized and fulfilled. Because of his energy level and vocal nature, Cole requires a freestanding home with a securely fenced yard — apartments, condos, and shared-wall living are not a good fit for him. He also does not do well with crate confinement and prefers the freedom to move around and explore his home environment. Cole is smart, eager, and still very much in his puppy phase. He will benefit from an adopter who is committed to continuing his training, providing structure, and giving him plenty of physical and mental outlets. A young, active household that enjoys play, enrichment, and daily activity would be ideal for him. This spunky boy will also need regular grooming to keep his soft coat healthy and looking its best. At the end of a busy day, Cole loves to cuddle up and soak in attention from his people ~ he’s affectionate, sweet, and full of love! If you’re looking for a fun, energetic companion and have a playful dog at home looking for a best friend, Cole may be the perfect match for you! Cole is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $600.

Story
Meet Charlie – A Gentle Soul Looking for His Safe Place (currently in foster care) Charlie is a 2.5-year-old, 30 lb Mini Aussie Doodle with a tender heart and a quiet spirit. He’s searching for a patient, understanding adopter who will give him the time and consistency he needs to feel safe and truly at home. Charlie walks well on a leash, sticking right by your side and looking to his person for security and guidance. While he may be shy at first, there’s a deeply loyal companion waiting to emerge once he learns to trust you. Charlie is a very sensitive boy. Loud noises, sudden movements, and new environments can be overwhelming for him, so he will need a calm, structured home where routines are predictable. He’s especially nervous around new people and prefers to go at his own pace—he’ll come to you when he’s ready, and that trust is incredibly rewarding to earn. One thing that truly helps Charlie shine is other dogs, as he gains confidence by following their lead. Because of this, he must have another young, confident dog in the home to help him feel secure and continue building his confidence. Charlie’s ideal home: • Quiet, standalone house (no apartments or busy city environments) • Securely fenced 6-foot yard • Adults only; no children • A patient adopter willing to let him move at his pace (he tends to bond most closely with women) • Someone home most of the time • Another friendly, confident dog He is still working on potty training and will need gentle guidance and consistency. Charlie also isn’t the type to jump right into cuddles—he prefers to take things slow and will build a deep bond with his person over time. At night, he sleeps peacefully in his dog bed right next to yours. If you have a calm home, a kind heart, and the patience to let a shy dog blossom at his own pace, Charlie could become your most devoted companion. Charlie is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $600.

Story
FOREVER HOME NEEDED (she is currently in foster care): Meet Cricket! She is an extremely shy, sweet 1-year-old, 10-lb Yorkie Terrier mix who is looking for a quiet, patient home. Cricket needs an adopter who understands that trust takes time. She will do best with someone who can give her the space, patience, and consistency she needs to feel safe and comfortable in a new environment. Because of her shy nature, Cricket would thrive in a quiet, adult-only home with no children. She will need a standalone home outside of the city with a securely fenced yard, as she can be a flight risk and needs a safe space to explore at her own pace. Cricket does well with other dogs and currently lives in a foster home with several canine companions. She could be happy with another calm dog or as an only dog. While she is not cuddly, she is quiet, gentle, and well-behaved, making her a lovely companion for someone who appreciates a more independent, sensitive soul. She is working on potty training in her foster home and is pad trained. Cricket will also require regular grooming to keep her coat healthy and comfortable. If you’re a patient, kind person looking to give a shy dog the safe, peaceful home she deserves, Cricket may be the perfect match for you. Cricket is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. Her adoption fee is $500.
