Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Dakota!   Dakota is a 2-year-old, 60-lb bundle of energy and love who is ready to find his forever family! When Dakota first came into rescue, he hadn’t had much socialization, so we knew he would benefit from some structure and guidance. Thanks to the amazing team at PetSuites Bloomingdale, Dakota has spent time in doggy daycare learning how to properly interact and play with other dogs.   With their careful introductions and supportive environment, Dakota has blossomed into a well-adjusted, social pup who does great with people and other dogs. He’s a high-energy boy who loves to run, play, and would make the perfect adventure buddy for an active family. We’re unsure how he does with cats, so a cat-free home is recommended.   Dakota is still working on a few puppy manners like jumping and leash skills, but with a little guidance he will thrive. In return, he’ll give you endless loyalty, cuddles, and lots of love.   Because of his size and energy level, Dakota would do best in a home with no children under 10.   Dakota is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped — all he’s missing is a family to call his own. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143   Ready to meet Dakota? Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.&#226&#156&#168 Meet Maggie &#226&#156&#168 23-month-old Female Bernedoodle &#226&#154&#150&#239&#184&#143 46 lbs Maggie is a beautiful 23-month-old Bernedoodle who has been lovingly raised in the same home since she was just 8 weeks old. Due to unexpected and serious life-changing circumstances, her devoted mom has made the incredibly difficult decision to find Maggie a new home where she can continue receiving the love, attention, and active lifestyle she has previously had and forever deserves. Maggie has only ever known kindness, care, and love — and it shows in everything she does. She is an absolute joy to be around and has the sweetest personality. This smart girl has completed dog training and knows her commands, including “place.” She is eager to please and enjoys being engaged with her people. About Maggie • 23 months old, will have her birthday later this month!! • Female Bernedoodle • 45-50 lbs  • Spayed, microchipped & fully vaccinated • Professionally trained and knows her commands • Raised as an only dog but may do well with a gentle companion • Has never been around cats • No children under 10 please Maggie loves to give hugs and will look you right in the eyes as if she’s asking if you’re as excited to meet her as she is to meet you. She would thrive in an active home where she can be a true companion and part of everyday life. She may need a little time getting used to longer car rides, as she sometimes gets a bit carsick, but with patience she’ll get there. Maggie has always received outstanding veterinary care from our friends at Animal Medical Center, who adore her and would love to continue seeing her if she remains in the area. This incredible girl is ready to bring love, loyalty, and joy to a very lucky family.
