Story
Coco is the sweetest of girls and is looking for her forever family. Watch video here https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1896V157zZ/ She is a little shy and prefers a calm environment. She loves other dogs and plays well with her 3 foster siblings. She loves a good game of chase, and she loves to chew on antlers and toys that squeak. Coco gets excited to go on car rides and is ready to go whenever you pick up the keys. She rides very well in the car. She has had some training and is great with 'sit' and 'down' and offering her paw. She is working on reinforcing the 'stay' and 'come' commands with her foster parents. She would do best with a fenced yard and supervision (at first anyhow). Her previous family reported a tendency to run off. Her foster family has seen no such behavior. Coco is housetrained and is a bit afraid of her crate - which is being worked on. She sleeps all night on her dog bed in the master bedroom. She is a cuddler and wants to be close to her people. If you are looking for a sweet, loyal companion, then Coco is the girl for you!FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. My adoption fee (if picked up locally in Crossville, Tennessee) is $350. Coco must be adopted locally. Thank You for Your Interest in Adopting a Canine Companion from Foccas-tn.org! Story
We do not respond to Petfinder inquiries or emails. Please submit an application through our official process if youre interested in adopting. Meet Mueca, the beautiful older sister of our bernedoodle puppies who is finally getting her chance at a real life. Mueca was originally kept by a backyard breeder to be used for breeding, but thankfully that plan changedand she was recently spayed. Now, instead of a life producing puppies, she gets to be someones baby for the very first time. She is adjusting to a whole new world and learning what it means to live in a home. Because of her background, she may be a bit shy and unsure at first, but with patience and consistency, she will continue to come out of her shell. Dogs like Mueca form incredibly deep bonds once they feel safe. She is doing well the basics, including potty training and everyday routines, so she will need a patient and understanding home. English will be her second language as her first owners only spoke Spanish to her. A calm environment, and possibly another confident dog, would help her continue to build confidence. Mueca is ready to leave her past behind and start the life she always deservedone filled with love, comfort, and stability. She comes with her current DHPP vaccines (including boosters provided by the rescue), bordetella vaccine, microchip, deworming, and a current health certificate. Her $800 adoption fee includes her recent spay and rabies vaccine. If you rent or live in a condo, please ensure your landlord or association has approved a dog prior to applying. If you currently have a dog at home, please email up-to-date vet records and proof of preventatives to thecharlieprojectdogrescue@gmail.com before submitting your application.
