Hi there, I’m Dolly! I’m 74 lbs., and while I might be a little shy when we first meet, I promise there’s a very sweet girl waiting underneath all that nervousness! I’m thought to be a Great Pyrenees Mix and I'm the kind of dog who likes to take her time. New people can feel a little overwhelming, so I may need some patience before I’m ready to show you my personality. But once I decide you’re one of my people, my whole world changes. I become a gentle, affectionate girl who truly enjoys being with the people she trusts. My idea of a perfect day is pretty simple: a peaceful walk, plenty of time to sniff and explore, and then relaxing somewhere cozy with my favorite people. I also enjoy having dog friends, especially the calm and easygoing ones. I’m much more interested in peacefully hanging out than participating in an all-day wrestling tournament. I’ve also lived successfully with cats, so my feline friends and I already have a good track record. I’d do best with kids 10 and older who understand that I may need some space and patience while I settle in. I’m not looking for someone who expects me to become their best friend immediately. I’m looking for someone who will let me take my time, earn my trust, and show me that I’m finally home. I may be a little shy at first, but once I open my heart, I’ll give you something much better than a quick hello. I’ll give you a friendship that grows deeper every day! Hi, I’m Johnny! I may not be the first one to run up and introduce myself, but I promise there’s a very sweet boy underneath my shy exterior. I’m an almost 2 year old, 87 lb. Great Pyrenees, German Shepherd mix, and I’m basically a big, fluffy bundle of feelings. When I first meet you, I can be very fearful and unsure. New people, new places, and new experiences can take some time for me to process. I need a patient family who will let me take things at my own pace and never rush me into being comfortable. Once I realize I’m safe, though, I really enjoy being with my people and soaking up their love. My favorite kind of day is honestly a pretty simple one. I love being home with my people, relaxing, getting cozy, and enjoying the peaceful things in life. I’m also a big fan of having other dogs around, especially calm, gentle friends who understand that I’m not always looking for a wild wrestling match. I’m not the right match for a home with cats or small animals. We don’t know how I would do with cats, and I don't do well with chickens and ducks, so a home without small animals is the safest choice for me. I’d do best with kids 15 and older who understand that I may need some space while I’m getting comfortable. I’m looking for people who will be patient with me, celebrate the little victories, and give me the time I need to discover that the world isn’t such a scary place. I might need a little extra time to find my confidence, but once I do, I have so much love to give. I’m Johnny, and I’m not looking for a perfect family. Hey HEY!! We are the Disney pups and we are READY for our FAIRYTALE ENDINGS!! You know.... the "ride into the sunset" kind of endings! That is where you come in! A few things about us first.... we are sweet and loving pups. We were born to a scared mama (Pyrenees) and her resident boyfriend , German Shepherd and we were loved on by an older couple who cared for us until their health took a turn ;( so the rescuers took us in and fattened us up and they LOVE US! But that is not enough for us :) We want it ALL! They call it the "dream package"- a home, a family and a ball gown with glass slippers too! Each one of us has been through the "tried and true" package and we passed with flying colors! So it is your turn to do the right thing and adopt one of us fairytale puppies!!
