Story
DOB: 12/24/2024 Breed: mother is full Great Pyrenees, father is black shepherd and border collie. Spayed: 9/25 Vaccines: rabies and parvo bundle Good with children: has not had experience with babies or climbing toddlers. But good with kids 5 and up. Has had some protective tendencies towards unkind neighbor kids; barking, in standing her ground, jumping. No biting or growling. Notes from the current owner- “Our family brought Hunny and her brother home as puppies and have loved the 14 months we’ve had with her. Unfortunately, our property is not big enough for both dogs who together they have gotten into a brawl with our neighbor’s dog. We feel they would do better split up. Our vet has told us if he could have Hunny’s personality every day he would have an easy job. She is a very sweet and loyal girl. This is a very difficult decision for our family. We hope and pray a loving, kind and caring family will adopt our girl and give her a good life.” Good with other dogs: she is great with her brother, but we can’t vouch for her being good with other dogs. She seems very protective. Could possibly be trained in this area. Please research this breed mix! Working amazing dogs!

Story
Iceman – 2 Month Old Great Pyrenees Mix Meet Iceman, an adorable 2 month old Great Pyrenees mix with the softest fluff and sweetest personality. His mom is a Great Pyrenees mix, and based on dogs seen in the area, we believe dad may be a pure Great Pyrenees. While that is not guaranteed, we do expect Iceman to grow into a large, fluffy adult dog. Great Pyrenees are a livestock guardian breed known for being loyal, intelligent, and naturally protective. Iceman will likely have these traits as he matures. Because of this, we are looking for a home that is familiar with or willing to learn about livestock guardian breeds and their unique needs. At this age, Iceman is a typical young puppy who enjoys being held, playing, and exploring his surroundings. As he grows, he will need structure, consistent training, and space appropriate for a large breed dog. Iceman is: Neutered Microchipped Up to date on vaccines and preventions Adoption Fee: $250 Local Adoption (in Texas) $550 Out of State Adoption (includes transport to your area) If you are prepared for a large, loyal companion and understand the needs of guardian breeds, Iceman could be a wonderful addition to your family.
