If you would like a specific dog to be featured on our show, please email us at info@greatpyreneesrescuesociety.org**.  Hi there! I’m Brock—part Newfoundland, part Great Pyrenees, and 100% committed to being the biggest goofball in your life. Imagine if a teddy bear and a throw rug got together and decided to live their best life as a dog—that’s me! If you’re looking for a loyal companion who’ll greet you like you’re a rock star every time you walk through the door (even if you just went to get the mail), then we might be soulmates. That said, I’m a mellow kind of guy—never one to jump up on you, unless of course you count jumping into your heart with my big soulful eyes and silly grin. I was born around October 2019 and my core interests include: walking at a polite pace, collecting belly rubs like Pokémon cards, and rolling in the grass like it’s my personal spa treatment. I’m the kind of dog who will occasionally plant a soft smooch on your hand just to remind you that I adore you—and also that my belly is still, somehow, not being rubbed. I dabble in fetch, but let’s not pretend I’m out here chasing trophies—I’ll trot after a toy to humor you, bring it back once or twice to be polite, and then stare deep into your soul until you abandon all plans and just rub my belly. Fair warning: I smile like a dork when you do. It's my thing. And treats? I accept them like a Victorian duke—delicately, with a look of mild surprise and refined gratitude. I’m the ultimate fan of low-drama living—no other dogs, no cats plotting my demise, and definitely no sticky-fingered toddlers trying to ride me like a pony. I’ve got a lot of love to give, but I prefer to give it all to you. I’m ready for a peaceful, happy home where I can be spoiled just a little (okay, a lot). So—belly rubs at your place or mine? Story
Shiloh is a 4-year-old Newfoundland mix with Great Pyrenees. We inherited Shiloh from our brother-in-law, who passed away in the Spring. When she was in North Carolina, she was mostly an outside dog, roaming in a fenced backyard, and slept inside. She has been an inside dog since we had her in May of this year and goes on a daily 30-minute walk. Unfortunately, we are not able to dedicate the time and energy to provide the training she needs to correct some of the negative behaviors, mostly resource guarding, which results in being aggressive toward our other dogs. We have a 10-year-old and 2 other dogs. Shiloh is also reactive toward large trucks and other dogs during walks. Having said that, we are really sad to rehome her because she has a very sweet personality when she is not acting up. She is crate trained (needs a sturdy crate) and house trained. We believe that with the right environment and training, she is going to be an excellent pet.

These pups are in Salem, Oregon too!

Meet Jazzy – A Gentle Soul Ready for Love! 💕 Jazzy is a beautiful 1–2-year-old Great Pyrenees / Cattle Dog mix — or at least that’s our best guess! With her soft, soulful eyes and sweet nature, she’s sure to steal your heart. Jazzy came to the rescue as a devoted mama to her three puppies, who have all found their forever homes. Now, it’s her turn to shine and find the loving home she truly deserves. On the shy side at first, Jazzy warms up beautifully once she feels safe and connected to her people. She’s a gentle, affectionate companion who enjoys being close to those she trusts. Jazzy is great with kids, gets along well with other dogs, and seems to be okay with cats too — making her a wonderful addition to many types of families. She’s spayed, up to date on vaccines and preventions, and ready to start this next chapter of her life. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal, and gentle dog to welcome into your home, Jazzy might just be your perfect match. Submit an adoption application and let Jazzy’s journey lead her straight to you! $200 Local Adoption Fee (in Texas) $450 Out of State Fee (includes transport to your area)

Story
Looking for a loyal companion who will shower you with love every single day? Allow us to introduce Kelly, a stunning girl with a heart full of affection and a spirit that lights up every room she enters. And SPEAKING of showers.... SHE LOVES THE WATER :) Kelly is a love bug through and through. One of her favorite things in the world is giving warm, gentle hugs. Lean in, and she’ll nestle right into you, as if to say, “You’re my person.” She absolutely adores being close to her humans, and there’s nothing she enjoys more than curling up beside you after a day full adventures. Scratches? Yes, please! Behind the ears, under the chin, or right at the base of her tail—Kelly is always up for a good scratch session, and she’ll reward you with the sweetest look of pure bliss. Kelly is the kind of dog who will quickly become your shadow—in the best way. She’s loyal, calm, and always eager to be part of the action, whether it’s a quiet evening at home or a walk around the neighborhood. She thrives on companionship and would do best in a home where she gets plenty of attention, affection, and quality time with her people. She's the perfect blend of affectionate and mellow—loving and eager to please. Kelly is ready to start her next chapter with someone who will cherish her as much as she’ll cherish them. In return, she promises endless cuddles, constant companionship, and unconditional love. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)
