Hello! My name is Casanova. I'm an adorable little Bichon/poodle puppy hoping for a home for the holidays! I am just the cutest little boy - I came to the rescue with my lookalike buddy Casper. I'm estimated at around 4 months old as of mid-December. My adoption fee is more than the other puppies and dogs at my rescue, but I'm told that I'm a more 'desirable' puppy than my other friends who are not as fortunate and will be at the rescue much longer than me, waiting for their forever home. My adopter will know that their fee will be helping support the other 200 or so animals at the rescue and not lining a breeder's pockets. My $1500 adoption fee includes vet exam, up to date vaccines, deworming, initial grooming, microchip, and neuter at one of my rescue's vets (Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, Naples or Orlando) when I'm closer to 6 months of age. Poncho's owner passed away and the family and the remaining family was not able to take care of him. He will do best in a quiet environment with experienced owner who understand he needs time to warm up and adjust. He is okay with other dogs but will be fine as the only animal. He seems to prefer ladies and be very snuggly once he warms up. He is a healthy quiet little guy who just wants a loving home in which he can live out the rest of his life.
