Luke came to us with his sister, London.  They were surrendered because their owner had too many dogs.  They said Luke's mother was Hairy Mouth Heeler and Dad a lab/pit mix, but he looks like a Black Mouth Cur/Shepherd Mix to us.  He is a very active and playful dog and needs a place to run and play with people who will give him lots of attention.  He does not like cats and is learning how to act around other dogs, but he is good with kids.  I believe he will learn to like other dogs with training because he seems like he wants to be nice, he is just afraid they will hurt him and doesn't know how to not be on guard. Luke has been outside most of his life and will also need work on house training but seems very smart and receptive to learning.
