Story
We adopted Lloyd in June 2024. He is a very sweet and loving dog and loves to cuddle. He is generally low energy but does have energy to run and play. He is not great with other dogs so I we want to send him to a home with no other pets. No idea how he does with cats but I wouldn't risk it. He does love people and is very protective of my family. Lloyd has been dealing with severe allergies ever since we adopted him, we suspect its a severe case of dermatitis but are unsure. We have paid thousands of dollars in vetinerian bills to treat him and it seems to work for a time but we always have to bring him back. We can no longer afford to continue to take him to the vet and are hoping we can re-home him to a family that can more easily afford his medical expenses before we consider surrendering him. I have many more pictures and feel free to ask anymore details about him if you need.

Story
Toby would do best in a home with kids 13 yrs & above only - no little children. And definitely a single dog family. He is an extremely affectionate, loving pup who would thrive with 1 person, a couple or a family with older kids. He loves having a yard to patrol & loves his walks. He likes to jog on his walks but is ok just walking too. He is a good boy who had a rough start in life & has some emotional scars from whatever he experienced. He's a good companion - happy to curl up next you & get the belly rubs while you watch TV. Loves to sleep and snuggle up with his person or people.

Story
Available in TX, NE and the PNW! Meet Rover – Your Next Adventure Buddy! Rover is a handsome 2-year-old Black Mouth Cur with a heart as big as his love for adventure. Picked up as a stray at just 6 months old, Rover has come a long way and is ready for a forever home that understands him and lets him shine. He has a natural affinity toward women and can be cautious with men at first; it took his foster dad a couple of weeks to earn his trust. Because of this, Rover needs a patient, understanding adopter who will allow him the time and space to feel secure and build confidence. He truly thrives in a calm, steady environment where he knows what to expect and can relax. Once comfortable, Rover’s personality blossoms. He loves belly rubs, happily rolls over for attention, and is generous with sweet kisses. He absolutely loves other dogs and would do wonderfully as an only dog soaking up all the attention or with a playful buddy who enjoys romping and wrestling. Fetch is one of his favorite games, and he’s even used to running alongside someone riding a bike. Rover loves water—lakes, pools, or splash time on a hot day—and would make an excellent hiking or outdoor companion. He has lived peacefully with cats and chickens, rides beautifully in the car, is leash trained, and fully potty trained. Because he can scale a 6-foot fence, supervised outdoor time or a secure yard is required. If you’re looking for a loyal, athletic, affectionate companion, Rover may be your perfect match. He is being fostered in a home in Seguin, Texas. In state adoptions are $250. He can be transported out of state for an additional $300. To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. Story
Available in TX only! Beasley is an incredibly charming and easygoing dog! His affectionate nature, love for his foster family, and fondness for other dogs make him an ideal companion for an active and loving household. His preference for the outdoors and his independent yet sweet demeanor make him a unique and delightful pet. Beasley's love for giving hugs and his special bond he develops with any dog in his family is heartwarming. His laid-back attitude and preference for relaxed activities, like lounging in the sun or playing with his toys, make him a perfect fit for families or individuals who enjoy a more relaxed pace of life. Potential adopters for Beasley should consider his love for outdoor activities and ensure they can provide him with regular walks, playtime, and maybe even some pool time on hot days. It's also great that Beasley gets along with other dogs, although a meet-and-greet with any potential furry siblings would be a good idea to ensure compatibility. Beasley is new to being in a home and, like many rescue dogs, he might need some time to acclimate to his new surroundings. A patient adopter who is willing to work with him, provide gentle guidance, and shower him with love and understanding will be perfect for him. Patience and a calm approach will go a long way in helping Beasley build trust and feel secure in his new home. With the right environment and a caring adopter, Beasley is sure to blossom into an even more confident and loving companion. Beasley's desire for an even-matched pal and a comfortable bed highlights his simple yet meaningful needs. With his sweet demeanor and love for cuddles, Beasley is sure to bring endless joy and warmth to his forever family. Beasley is neutered, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, & on preventatives.
