Story
Meet Jack! This guy here is a bundle of energy. He loves to run around and do zoomies. Once he has exhausted his energy, he does like to hang out and relax on the couch for lots of scratches and love. He is house trained. He does know some simple commands such as sit and stay. Will hand you his paw, if requested. We believe he was a homeless man's dog, and for whatever reason, he had to abandon him. But you can tell he was very loved and no signs of abuse. He is great with other dogs but tends to be a little hanzy with his paws. Loves to give all the other dogs lots of kisses. But will quickly sit if told to. No experience with cats, but i'm sure he will be fine. He does great with my grandchildren who are super young. He is now an inside dog and lives the comforts of inside.

Story
Meet Toby, the charming Carolina Dog! Neutered and up to date on vaccinations, this handsome boy is ready to find his forever home. Born on 01/21/2021, Toby is a playful and energetic pup who loves to run and play! While he's dog-selective, he's a loyal and affectionate companion to his humans, and will thrive as an only dog. Toby loves spending time with older children (13+), but may need some decompression time before settling in. He requires slow and quiet introductions to new dogs and people, but once he's comfortable, he's a love sponge! Smart, curious, and athletic, Toby needs an adopter who will provide the patience, love, and attention he deserves. Will you be the one to give this special boy the best life ever?

Story
We adopted him from WilCo animal shelter when he was two months old. He's 4 months or so old now. He's a very sweet, very smart and pretty much house trained himself. He's gotten a lot bigger than we anticipated. He doesn't know his own size and he still acts like a puppy because he still is. We have a young child and hoped they would click, but he likes to play rough and she doesn't. He's never bitten anyone, he's not aggressive at all, he just likes rough tough of war, and fetch. We're just worried about him accidentally hurting us. If taken him to the big dog park, and he's a little shy of other dogs, but warms up quickly to any dog who stops to say hi. We also have a cat, and he's never been aggressive towards the cat, he does bark at the cat asking to play. I just started a new job, and don't have the time to train him, play with him and make sure he gets exercise. He's been fine when we leave him in his crate for a few hours, and mostly just sleeps during the day.

Available in TX, NE and the PNW! Meet Rover – Your Next Adventure Buddy! Rover is a handsome 2-year-old Black Mouth Cur with a heart as big as his love for adventure. Picked up as a stray at just 6 months old, Rover has come a long way and is ready for a forever home that understands him and lets him shine. He has a natural affinity toward women and can be cautious with men at first; it took his foster dad a couple of weeks to earn his trust. Because of this, Rover needs a patient, understanding adopter who will allow him the time and space to feel secure and build confidence. He truly thrives in a calm, steady environment where he knows what to expect and can relax. Once comfortable, Rover’s personality blossoms. He loves belly rubs, happily rolls over for attention, and is generous with sweet kisses. He absolutely loves other dogs and would do wonderfully as an only dog soaking up all the attention or with a playful buddy who enjoys romping and wrestling. Fetch is one of his favorite games, and he’s even used to running alongside someone riding a bike. Rover loves water—lakes, pools, or splash time on a hot day—and would make an excellent hiking or outdoor companion. He has lived peacefully with cats and chickens, rides beautifully in the car, is leash trained, and fully potty trained. Because he can scale a 6-foot fence, supervised outdoor time or a secure yard is required. If you’re looking for a loyal, athletic, affectionate companion, Rover may be your perfect match. He is being fostered in a home in Seguin, Texas. In state adoptions are $250. He can be transported out of state for an additional $300. To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. Story
Meet Nala – Ready for Her Fresh Start Meet Nala, a beautiful 4-year-old, 50-pound survivor who is ready to find the special person she can call her own. Nala's journey hasn't been easy. She came into rescue pregnant, heartworm positive, and carrying the weight of an uncertain past. Today, her puppies have all found loving homes, and Nala has completed heartworm treatment and received a clean bill of health. She is now spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Nala is kennel trained, potty trained, and settles quietly in her crate after a day of activity. She is a high-energy dog who loves to play hard and have fun, but she also appreciates having a safe space where she can relax and unwind. Because of her past experiences, Nala is very cautious when meeting new people and will need time to adjust to a new home and surroundings. She is not the type of dog who will instantly become everyone's best friend. Instead, she forms deep bonds slowly and meaningfully. Once she trusts you, Nala becomes incredibly loyal and devoted to her person. She would thrive with a patient owner who understands that trust takes time and is looking for a true companion. Nala does have some resource-guarding tendencies with food and toys, so she will need an adopter who can manage those behaviors appropriately. She previously lived in a foster home with cats and did well. If you're willing to give Nala the time, patience, and understanding she deserves, you'll gain a faithful friend who will love you with her whole heart. She is available for adoption in Texas only.
