Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org Meet Cindy Lou - Your Future Tail Wagging Bundle of Joy💛 At just one year old (born 2/24/25) and 70 pounds of pure love, CindyLou somehow manages to be both a big dog and a professional cuddler. Seriously—she missed the memo that large dogs are supposed to take up space. Cindy prefers to gently lean into you like she’s trying to become a part of you. Velcro? More like super glue with a heartbeat. CindyLou is the definition of easygoing. She gets along beautifully with dogs of all sizes, politely ignores barn cats (yes, ignores them… we were shocked too), and has zero interest in bothering horses. She’s basically the Switzerland of the animal world—neutral, peaceful, and minding her business. She would do great with a canine sibling that is looking for a BFF to play, snuggle and share life with. She’s learning her “sit” like a champ, walks nicely on leash, and stays close when off-leash like your soft, slightly oversized shadow. Her hobbies include strolls, quiet companionship, and perfecting the art of doing absolutely nothing… right next to you. Cindy is low-to-medium energy, which means she’s not here to train for a marathon—but she will happily accompany you on a neighborhood stroll or a hiking trail and then clock in for a full shift of couch supervision. She is slightly on the wider side and could use a few more of those strolls, her ideal weight should be more around 60lbs. Bonus: she’s incredibly quiet and wonderfully well-mannered. No drama, no chaos—just vibes. The only thing missing from CindyLou’s life? A home of her own. Eva is a six year old bloodhound, tripod from Tennessee. She was hit by a car when she was 1. Late last year she was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and gained a lot of weight, which is causing problems with her only having three legs. She needs a healthy diet and exercise. ( we have found water exercise through aquitheraps is the best for her, becaudr she does not walk for long periods of time) Unfortunately, with the care she needs, I just cant manage with 2 babies at home and another on the way.. She is a very sweet girl and completely house trained, and well behaved. She's very relaxed and likes to lay around in the sun. She's a great dog that needs Time and care that she deserves.

Hi, I'm Elsie! I made my way here all the way from Tennessee with my brothers, and while they're a bit braver than me, I'm the gentle, quieter one of the bunch. New things can feel a little big and overwhelming right now, so I tend to stick close to whoever makes me feel safe, whether that's my people or another dog friend. I just really love having someone by my side. I'm still learning that the world isn't such a scary place, and with a little patience and encouragement, my confidence is already starting to grow. I'm a total sweetheart at heart - soft, loving, and happiest when I'm near you soaking up comfort and affection! Since I'm still just a puppy, I'll need help learning all the basics, but I promise I'm worth it. I get along great with kids of all ages and other dogs, and I think having a buddy around could really help me continue to come out of my shell.
