Story
 Harley is a sweet as pie 2 year old bloodhound! She's been anxious since her arrival, just wanting to be near people and get any attention she can. Her previous home was outdoors only, so she will likely need some potty-training work! We are told she is good with other dogs and cats, kids unknown at this time.  If you would like to meet me, please visit our website and complete the pre-adoption application.  Once it has been processed then we can make a date to get together! All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (if over 2 years old), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet Reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the dog of your choice. If you have a dog currently, you should bring him/her along to meet the new dog so we can see how everyone interacts.  Please visit our website for additional information. Story
History: Amber is a beautiful girl who arrived to rescue with zero confidence and in rough shape. It broke our hearts but we were so thankful when a loving foster family stepped forward to help her. She is working hard on her trust and confidence and hopes to find a patient family soon! A Note from the Foster: Amber is feeling a bit overwhelmed by life outside her kennel at times so she chooses to observe from within it. She likes to go outside if she can muster up the courage to get through the door. She’s likes patient and slow people who don’t ask anything from her. She is warming up to the idea of being pet but her timeline is long and slow. She has not shown any interest in interacting with other dogs. She does not chase our free range chickens which leads me to believe she should be good with cats. Amber is looking for a quiet home with a comfy kennel where she can feel safe as she learns what it’s like to be a dog.

Meet Rusty – Your Loyal, Huge Adventure Companion!Rusty is a nearly 6-year-old bloodhound mix with huge, floppy ears and an even bigger heart. He’s a food-driven dog, making him a breeze to train, especially when treats are involved! Rusty loves his walks and thrives with a strong leader by his side, always excited to explore the world around him. He’s amazing with kids, bringing tons of love and energy to family activities. Rusty gets along well with most dogs but prefers to avoid cats. Despite some hearing loss, his enthusiasm for life is as huge as his ears, and he’s always ready for his next adventure.
