🌙🐾 Meet Luna: Your New Playful Companion! 🐾🌟 Prepare to be captivated by Luna, a sweet and playful pup ready to steal your heart with her caramel-colored eyes and infectious smile! This delightful girl is a true sweetheart, and she's on the lookout for her forever family through From Forgotten to Forever Rescue. Luna's curiosity knows no bounds, and she thrives on exploring the exciting world around her, nose to the ground, taking in all the captivating smells. This playful pup absolutely adores going on walks and is working on her overexcitement when seeing another animal on her walks. Luna is a well-mannered leash companion, making strolls through the neighborhood a joy. Luna has had some training on barking through the fence and on walks. Training has been easier due to her desire to please her human and her food motivation. While Luna loves playing with the three other dogs in her foster home ,she looks forward to her forever home. Luna dreams of finding an energetic family with a yard, eager for a pup to join in cuddle sessions and embark on exciting adventures at the park. And let's not forget, car rides are one of Luna's absolute favorite things! Luna's journey with From Forgotten to Forever Rescue began when she was pulled from a rural Colorado shelter. Sadly surrendered by her previous owner, Luna, who had been rescued as a pup before, found herself in need of a loving home once again. Now, at around 4 years old, Luna is a happy camper in her foster home, but she yearns for a forever family to share her joy. If you can offer Luna the love and care she deserves, consider making her a cherished part of your family. Apply now at https://www.fromforgottentoforever.com/adoptionapplication/ to embark on a beautiful journey with Luna, where love and companionship await! 🏡🐾 #AdoptLuna #FromForgottenToForever #ForeverHomeDreams 🌟🐶

Story
Jewel is One Gem of an Adventure Companion! Meet magnificent Jewel, a gorgeous 3 year old white heeler mix eager for fun! This active girl loves going on walks and making new furry friends along the way. Though she looks robust, Jewel enjoys keeping busy and will thrive in an equally energetic home. After playtime, this sweet girl is quite the cuddle bug, content to lazily chew on a toy or soak up some sunshine while resting. Jewel spent most of her recent life as a solo dog and will need some socialization to newcomers both human and animal. But she warms up quickly with proper introductions. Outgoing Jewel rides nicely in the car and makes an excellent alert companion, letting her people know whenever someone is at the door. All she wants is an active family to call her own that gives her plenty of devotion, playtime, and adventure together. Jewel will turn 3 in March - what better present than finding her happy furever home at last! If you’re seeking a loyal dog with just as much tenacious spirit as snuggly affection to give, look no further than darling Jewel! If you are interested in integrating Jewels into your family please apply at https://www.fromforgottentoforever.com/adoptionapplication/

Story
Meet Jessie, the gentle female American Blue Heeler with a heart of gold. Initially wary of humans, Jessie cautiously accepts pets and scratches once she feels comfortable, displaying her trust in subtle ways. Unlike most dogs, she isn't particularly food motivated but finds solace in the company of other canines, especially during outdoor play sessions. Jessie will require a home with another confident dog to help her feel comfortable and adjust to her new life. With a calm and chill energy, she exudes a sense of tranquility that is rare to find. Jessie is currently learning to walk on a leash, taking slow and steady steps towards mastering this skill. In need of a patient and understanding family, Jessie seeks a forever home where she can continue to decompress and blossom into the dog she was always meant to be. Eagerly awaiting adoption at National Mill Dog Rescue, Jessie dreams of finding a loving family who will embrace her for who she is and provide the patience and support she needs to thrive.- - - - - -Prior to being rescued, many of our dogs have experienced minimal socialization. As a result, there is often an adjustment period when learning about life as a family pet. We typically do not adopt to homes with young children. Homes with older children will be considered on an individual basis. Common skills such as house training and leash walking will often take extra time. Patience, understanding and a gentle hand are a must. The great news is, many of these dogs come around with patience and being a part of their rehabilitation is an extremely rewarding experience.
