She is now spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. She is now living up to her name and with a flare for dramatic and likes to be the center of attention; a socialite in her own mind. She gives kisses to all she meets. She has a soft and stunning silver coat. She appears to be a Blue Lacy "the official State Dog Breed of Texas" which is a medium sized hunting dog. Diva seems to prefer the city life and cozy things, with no prey drive or interest in chasing things but staying close to humans. She is fostered with dogs of all sizes and is the passive one. Ivy is a very loving 4 year old dog to those she has come to trust. She will need a very experienced adopter who is prepared to build trust with her and train her. Eager to please those she loves, Ivy would do best in a home where she was the only pet and was able to receive a lot of attention from an experienced dog owner to help her deal with her anxiety. A firm loving hand is what Ivy needs to become the amazing dog she has the potential to be.

Story
My baby's name is Pedge he's 2 born on may 20th. We came across Pedges picture on facebook a little over two years ago where he was being given away for free and had no information listed about him. In the 2 years we've been lucky enough to have him be apart of our family we have learned a few things. One of those things being he is a reactive dog (i.e doesn't do well with strangers, loud noises, or other animals). He has had a little to no exposure to any other animals beside my five-year-old cat Mina (as seen in the picture) they have a tolerable relationship, though Pedge does try to play with him. He has shown signs to be aggressive towards unknown people, and sometimes unknown animals, though he has never hurt anybody (human or not) we keep him separate from anyone he’s not comfortable around. Despite that Pedge is a very loving and cuddly dog. Unfortunately we are being forced to relocate him do to moving please consider adopting this amazing dog.
