Gypsy is two years old. She has lbeen to obedience training but she does pull on a leash and likes to jump up on visitors. She needs a strong owner who can make her mind. I am 70 years old and now have poor balance. She is more than I can handle. Gypsy is very loving. She likes to lick your face and arms. She thinks that she is a lap dog although she weighs 70 pounds. She loves to run at the dog park! She has good table manners and a very soft mouth. She gets along well with teens, hasn't been with younger children that I know of. She is a very loyal dog. She sleeps in my bed and kennels up when I leave the house.

This beautiful lady is looking for a home with an active family, a yard with 6 ft. fence and an active doggy friend to play with. She is dog friendly, cat friendly, but her foster home is kid free, so it is unknown how she would be around children. Sunny is fully potty trained, doesn't like being crated- and has been fine without, knows a few tricks, and could uses a bit of leash training. Sunny's overall behavior is described as: "She is energy plus...would make a great running or walking partner. She is affectionate and loves to cuddle up to her people to sleep, always laying her head on her sleeping partner." Our pets are fostered and physically located in NC until adopted. Once adopted we can deliver to your location or one of our north eastern delivery locations. We have a transporter who delivers north ever other week. Aggie came from a local shelter along with her pups. Aggie was surrendered because she was VERY PROTECTIVE over her puppies. The former owner had a small child in the home and she was concerned about her toddler's well being. Aggie had always been perfect with her family until her pups were born. Being a protective first time mom is ONLY NATURAL and to be expected, The shelter knew my love for heelers and they knew I would be patient with her. I have handled Aggie extensively and she is a good girl. She would be better with women verses men. She is good with other dogs and I think she would be great on a working farm. That is where she came from, a working farm. She would be best with an active person and she would not do well cooped up in a small apartment all day. SHE IS A WORKING DOG. She is crate trained. She will go to her new home current on vaccines, heartworm tested(neg), current on preventives, deworming and microchipped. She will be spayed. She will receive a complete physical and a certificate of health issued by my vet prior to going home.The adopter will get all her health records with adoption.
