Story
Mac is the kind of dog who brings a sense of adventure into your life. He’s curious, smart, and independent—always exploring, always discovering, and always ready for whatever the day holds. Mac spends his days exploring the woods, checking out the ponds, and just enjoying being a dog. He loves water, loves movement, and has that natural confidence that makes life with him feel fun and engaging. He’s affectionate and friendly, but not needy—he’s happy to be part of your world while still doing his own thing. That balance makes him both enjoyable and easy to live with. He’s expected to grow into a larger dog and will thrive in a home that enjoys the outdoors or wants a companion for daily activity and exploration. Good fit: someone who wants a smart, adventurous dog to share life with—walks, hikes, exploring, and everyday experiences Adoption process: All adoptions are completed prior to transport. Dogs are picked up at designated transport locations. If an adoption doesn’t work out (rare, but life happens), we always take our dogs back. Location: Oklahoma (available to approved out-of-state adopters via transport) Health: Fully vetted (neutered/spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested) Adoption fee: $550 (includes transport + vetting) Bonus: Each adoption includes a 30-minute phone consultation with a professional trainer Transport routes: WA, OR, ID, MT, UT, WY, CO, MN, WI, IA, IL, IN, OH, PA, MD, NY, NJ, VT Think you might be a good fit? Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DxQD-9Bt1kw John Connor has been with the rescue since last summer since he and his mom were dumped in the country. He is about 18 months old now and I don't understand why he hasn't been adopted. He is adorable, he only weighs about 40 lbs, he is great with other dogs, people, and cats. Perfect little dude. He loves to run and play and splish splash in the water. He would make a great companion for an active individual or a family that enjoys outdoor adventures or spending lots of time in the backyard. He is currently still in Oklahoma where he was rescued but he can only be adopted out of state where people treat animals well. He has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport at one of our transport drop off locations below. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, we will either find a local foster to take him in or he will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. Story
Kat is STILL searching for her forever home, and she’s so ready for her people. She had another home visit, and while she and their dog got along beautifully, the family realized they weren’t quite ready for a second pup. Totally okay, but our sweet girl is wondering when it’s finally her turn. Meet Kat: - Blue Heeler / Spitz mix - Estimated birthday: September 20, 2025 - Size: ~15 pounds and fully grown - Good with: dogs, cats, kids - literally everyone. She needs a dog friend in her home to keep her busy. - Energy: smart, active, playful, LOVES to run - Needs: a fenced-in yard to safely zoom her little heart out And since we’ve been asked… what’s a Spitz? Think fox-like face, fluffy features, bright eyes, and big personality. The easiest comparison: a tiny Pomeranian-type look, which makes sense because Kat is that size - petite, adorable, and not getting any bigger - she looks big in her pictures but she is lot smaller in person. Kat is the perfect mix of clever and cuddly. She learns fast, bonds deeply, and lights up when she gets to stretch her legs outside. She’s been so patient, but she truly deserves a home that’s ready for her joy, her energy, and her whole little heart. If you’ve been waiting for a small, smart, happy adventure buddy… Kat is waiting right back Adoption fee: $450

Jazzy is the kind of dog who brings energy and happiness into your life—without overwhelming it. She’s playful, friendly, and fun, but also has an independent side that makes her easy to live with. Her past isn’t pretty—but you’d never know it. Jazzy is social and confident, great with dogs of all sizes and cats, and naturally fits into whatever environment she’s in. She’ll happily join in on playtime, go on walks, or even randomly take a dip in the pond—then settle down like it’s no big deal. Story
Sven wakes up happy every single day. He’s the kind of dog that always seems to be smiling, always ready for whatever comes next, and always excited to be part of things without becoming overwhelming or chaotic. Sven is a one-year-old mix breed who has the coat and face of a golden retriever and the compact build of a heeler. He has a great middle-ground personality that makes him easy to live with. When it’s time to play, go for a walk, or hang out with other dogs, he’s fully in. But once the excitement is over, he settles down nicely instead of endlessly bouncing off the walls. He gets along great with dogs of all sizes and has a naturally social, easygoing personality that helps him fit into just about any environment. Sven has the fun energy people want in a young dog without the constant intensity that can make some high-energy breeds exhausting. Good fit: someone wanting a happy, social dog that enjoys activity but also knows how to relax and settle into daily life. Adoption process: All adoptions are completed prior to transport. Dogs are picked up at designated transport locations. If an adoption doesn’t work out (rare, but life happens), we always take our dogs back. Story
My name is Fancy . I am estimated to be 2 years old. I am a very sweet girl, but I have a very quirky personality. I am very good in the house ; I am crate trained and have used a doggie door. I love jumping right in the car and going for rides ! I walk on a leash every day currently. When I first meet people, I am very cautious, and act scared. I defiantly bond very fast to women. Young kids scare me, and I tend to go hide in my safe place , my crate. Once I feel comfy around you , I act just like every other dog. I love to give kisses , play with my toys and go for walks on the leash. I love fresh carrots for a treat or a big rawhide to chew on. I have lived with several dogs before and enjoy their company. All my vet work is done, and I am microchipped. My adoption fee covers transport from Tennessee. I can be a very good loyal companion in the right setting. I don’t necessarily need a fenced in yard if you walk me on a leash every day.

Ginger is the kind of dog who fits into your life instead of taking it over. Calm at home, ready to explore when you are—she gives you the best of both worlds. Ginger is a 40 lb female greyhound mix with a quiet, easygoing personality. She’s affectionate but not needy, happy to be near you without constantly demanding attention. She’s the type of dog who can relax on the couch after a long day but is just as happy joining you on weekend adventures—hikes, road trips, lakes, or just getting out and exploring. She has a naturally balanced energy. Not hyper, not lazy—just easy to live with. Whether you want a peaceful companion at home or a steady partner on the trail, Ginger adjusts right along with you. Good fit: someone who wants a calm, low-drama dog who can also enjoy occasional adventures without being high maintenance. Adoption process: All adoptions are completed prior to transport.
