Meet Bristol! 🐾 Bristol is a handsome 4-year-old Coonhound weighing about 55 pounds. This sweet boy is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccines, and fully house-trained — a true gentleman indoors! Bristol was found abandoned over the summer alongside a female Coonhound. Despite a rough start, he has kept his joyful spirit and playful energy. He loves to stretch his legs in the dog yard, chase toys, and romp with his dog friends in playgroup. He was adopted once but came back to us because his playful energy was a bit too much for a home with a small child. Bristol would thrive in a home with a fenced yard, room to run, and older kids or active adults who can match his enthusiasm for life. He does well with other dogs and would make a fun companion for another playful pup. His behavior with cats is unknown, but we’re happy to help with introductions if needed. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, and energetic companion who’s ready for adventure and snuggles, Bristol is your guy!

Meet Buford – The Sweetest Boy You’ll Ever Meet! Buford showed up at our vet’s house with a broken leg, but that wasn’t all. X-rays revealed he had also been shot at some point, and his body still carries birdshot or BB pellets. Even with all he’s been through, Buford is nothing but LOVE.  Estimated to be 6–8 years old Neutered & fully vaccinated Great with dogs, cats, kids—even puppies! Crate trained & potty trained Loves snuggles and snacks Not destructive, no counter-surfing, no trash diving Only quirk: he can climb fences! (Shake a treat bag and he comes right back! ) Buford also has an old burn scar on his back that he occasionally chews at, but it doesn’t stop him from being the goodest, sweetest boy EVER. All he wants is a safe, loving home where he can rest his head and be someone’s best friend. Help us find this amazing boy the home he’s waited so long for.
