Meet Rubix, a handsome Bluetick Hound with a heart as big as his floppy ears. At around three years old, he was found wandering as a stray and, sadly, was never reclaimed. Despite that rough start, Rubix hasn’t let it dampen his joyful spirit. He’s a sweet, social boy who is always happy to make new friends. Rubix does wonderfully with other dogs and would be thrilled to have a canine buddy to play with. He also loves people and soaks up any attention he can get. If you’re searching for a loyal companion who’s ready for both adventure and snuggles, Rubix may be the perfect match. He’s ready to leave his past behind and start his next chapter with a family who will love him as much as he’ll love them.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Teri is a beautiful girl that has been in a shelter most of her life (totaling 4 different shelters since 2022). She is great with kids and dogs of all sizes and ages. She pesters the hell out of cats which is why she is a no for cats (for their sanity as well as hers). She doesn't have a mean bone in her body and while she may be a little shy with new people, she warms up quickly. Her play noises may be a bit much for someone inexperienced with dogs so we do prefer someone comfortable with barking/growling/noisy play to consider adoption.
