This sweet 3-year-old, 11 lb Havanese mix is a bouncy, bright-eyed little sidekick looking for his forever home. Finik has come back to Just Paws through no fault of his own and is ready to find his perfect match!

Personality & Vibe
Finik is an independent, low-maintenance guy who is content doing his own thing without needing to be velcroed to your side. He’s a proud, happy leash walker who thoroughly enjoys his neighborhood strolls! While sweet and polite, he can be cautious around new people, fast movements, and unfamiliar indoor sounds until he gets used to them.
Ideal Home
Household Setup: Best suited to a quiet, single-story home (he hasn’t quite grasped upper-level sounds yet!). He thrives in a predictable environment with one or two mature adults. Patience is key while he adjusts to new sounds and routines! No apartments/condos please.
Kids: Adults-only home. The energy and excitement of children can be unsettling for him.
Other Pets: Polite with dogs on walks, he would do best living with an older, calm canine companion—or as a solo, independent pet. No cats, please!
Alert Level: He will proudly serve as your home's doorbell! He lets you know when visitors arrive or something exciting happens outside, but calms down well with a bit of reassurance. While never aggressive, he may express discomfort with a low growl when unsure—it’s just his way of expressing himself!
Grooming: Requires regular brushing and professional grooming to keep his gorgeous coat soft, healthy, and tangle-free.
If you have a calm space and the patience to let him shine, Finik will reward you with endless loyalty, quiet companionship, plenty of laughter, and wonderful daily walks.
