Here at the shelter, Jude has shown himself to be a laid-back, easygoing guy. As he grows more comfortable, he may start to show off a playful side, but he’ll need time and space to get there. Because of his past experience, Jude is recommended for a home with children 13 years or older. Hi, I’m Hot Cross Buns! I’ve been doing really well in my foster home and everyone says I’m a total sweetheart. I love being around people and other dogs, and I’m happiest when I can lean in close for hugs and soak up all the attention. I settled in very quickly—I already knew how to use stairs, go into my crate on my own, and I’ve been doing great with my potty habits. I enjoy a nice routine that includes several walks each day, relaxing on the couch, and spending time with my favorite humans. I’ve been very friendly with everyone I’ve met, including new people and other dogs, and I love being part of the action. I can feel a little nervous at first or when left alone, but I warm up quickly and keep gaining confidence every day. I’d love a home that can give me companionship, structure, and plenty of affection—I promise I’ll repay you with lots of hugs and love.
