FinnIs a very energetic and playful 2 year old doodle. He loves his chew toys and chasing his chew squeaky balls. He is a lap dog and loves to cuddle too. He learns new tricks quickly. We crate him at night with a bed in it. We also crate him when we leave the house. He does well with crating. He does well on a leash. He is house trained. He loves running in circles in the back yard. If you are looking for an energetic loyal companion, he’s your pup.

Story
Brother to Reno and Zac. Hi, I’m Fido.  Having had little socialization with people, I am timid, shy and skittish.  Having been surrendered by a breeder and little socialization, I’m longing for a family to trust. My shyness/skittishness can be corrected with time.  Exposing me slowly to new things, sharing your home, providing positive reinforcement and praise will help me bond to you for life. I’m 2 years old and about 20#, I’m Very dog friendly, only hesitant to people. Running, playing with other dogs or toys, are all things I’ve learned while in rescue. I’ve been making progress and am slowly coming around, being around doggie friends helps me a lot.   Do  to my shyness, a 4 ft fenced in yard will be required to adopt me. Sorry, no kids since I am still fearful and fast motions may cause me to bolt.   Did you know, we poodles are athletic, agile, very intelligent and “Hyper Allergenic”? Yes, that’s what I hear. Just look into my deep dark eyes and tell me you don’t see my hope for the future, hope for a family, hope of better things to come. I’m Fido, a little boy yearning to share “The Best of Times”, with YOU!  To submit an adoption application, visit mollysplacerescue.org. Fill the form out completely, print, scan and email back to mollysplace@verizon.net. You must obtain pre-approval prior to visiting the dog or cat. Adoptions fees include the following:    spay/neuter surgery,  microchip and registration,  age appropriate vaccinations,  initial dewormings,  Activyl for fleas,  tested for FeLV and FIV (cats only),  bubble bath prior to going home (dogs only) WE do not "HOLD" animals without an approved application and a non-refundable/non-transferable paid adoption fee.  Adoptions are on a first come, first serve basis.  We can not send extra pictures.  WE do not ship, you must pick up the pet.  Kitties must be transported in a secure cat carrier.   Pooches require a "martingale" collar and a non-retractable leash. Even tempered, playful, eager to please and gentle, but having had little socialization with people, I am also timid, shy and skittish. My name is Zac. Hebrew in origan, Zac means “The Lord has Remembered” or “God’s Gift”! Having been surrendered by a breeder and little socialization, I’m longing for a family to trust. My shyness/skittishness can be corrected with time.  Exposing me slowly to new things, sharing your home, providing positive reinforcement and praise will help me bond to you for life. Then, I will be “God’s Gift” to you. At 1 year old and about 20#, I’m Very dog friendly, only hesitant to people and NEVER Aggressive. Running, playing ball, other dogs or with toys, are all things I’ve learned while in rescue. I’ve shown eagerness to please, an even temperament, and affectionate once I trust your touch. Story
NAME: Poptart BREED: Poodle/Shih Tzu Mix BIRTHDAY: 2024 WEIGHT: 13lbs ADOPTION FEE: $350 &#226&#128&#139 When our friends at Dallas Pets Alive ask us to take a dog, we say YES ! When they asked us to take a little blind puppy, well... sure, things were getting a little quiet around here anyway!  &#226&#128&#139 Surprisingly, Poptart the puppy hasn't gotten the rest of the pack too worked up. He's a little pushy in his playfulness and can overstimulate when left to his own devices (we do NOT hump our friends around here!) However, for such a young fellow he really is well-behaved and well-mannered. He appears to be pad trained, but we're working on big boy house training which is going very well thanks to help from the rest of the pack. Poptart loves to be outside so that's very helpful as well. He gets an A+ for car manners and a B for leash training, but we don't really blame him for being nervous in new places- he is almost completely blind after all! In his safe places (the house and yard), you may not notice right away that Poptart can't see: he is remarkably well-adjusted and gets around without too much trouble. He just needs a little help remembering where the water dish is, and he should absolutely not have unsupervised access to a full staircase until he's 100% comfortable in his new home. &#226&#128&#139 Poptart loves to cuddle and be around his people, but he also wants to play with his dog friends. Since having a "guide" has been so helpful for him, we're looking for a forever home with at least one tolerant canine sibling, and a human to be around more often than not. Cats are not a problem for this sweetheart so no worries either way. Mostly he just needs someone with time and patience so that he can learn his new routine- no more shuffling around for this sweet baby, we are looking for commitment! March 2, 2025, 11:22 am

Story
Um, hi... I'm Abigail, let's try this again. I'm trying really hard to figure out this whole "being a pet" thing. It's time for me to search for my forever family. My ideal family would be home often, since I get real anxious when I am all alone. I would prefer a home with no young children, but I would love some doggy siblings! Please consider me if you're looking to add another canine to your family. Abigail is a 2 year old mini goldendoodle who was surrendered by a commercial breeder. She is extremely timid and needs a patient, understanding home that can continue to work on her confidence. A fence is required for this sweet girl, no exceptions. Abigail is slowly learning to enjoy walks on a leash, but sometimes she still panics. Having another dog around makes her feel more comfortable, especially if they don't mind her being a bit clingy. Abigail is up to date on shots, preventatives, microchipped and spayed. Unfortunately, she suffers from a bit of anxiety, and is currently on medication which will need to be continued after adoption. She is potty trained, but regression is common after adoption. Crates are her arch nemesis, but needed for when she is left alone. When she's anxious, she likes to chew so shoes and wires need to be kept away and proper toys available. Abigail is being fostered in Sinking Spring and all members of the household will need to travel there for a meet and greet. Will you consider opening your heart to give this girl a lifetime of happy memories? Please apply at www.zoeshouserescue.com/adopt
