Meet Bowie:
Bowie is a sweet, affectionate little guy looking for a calm, adult home where he can feel safe and loved. He’s a devoted companion who enjoys being close to his person, happily following you around the house and settling in for cuddles, belly rubs, and gentle body massages. He’s especially comfortable with women and thrives in a quiet, predictable environment. Bowie can be unsure when meeting new people or encountering unfamiliar things, but he usually relaxes after a few minutes. He responds well to calm voices, slow movements, and steady routines. With gentle encouragement and time to warm up at his own pace, he blossoms and shows his loving nature. He would likely do best if he were the only animal in the home, and he is a great little watchdog who enjoys keeping an eye on the neighborhood. Bowie enjoys chewing on sturdy dog toys (no plush or fabric items) and benefits from a dog-proofed space for both day and night. He’s housetrained, neutered, doesn’t shed, and is content sleeping in the same room as his person. Bowie loves his meals, treats, and outdoor adventures. He’s enthusiastic about walks and could use some leash training. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who wants to stay close and feel secure, Bowie may be the perfect match.
