Kali’s story is one of quiet bravery. She came to us young, scared, and already pregnant — a baby carrying babies. But she rose to the moment with the kind of devotion only a young mama can show. She protected her kittens, nurtured them, and gave them every bit of strength she had. Her kittens have now grown and moved on, and Kali is ready for her own chance at safety and love. Kali is gentle, affectionate, and deeply deserving of a peaceful indoor home. She’s still young, still playful, and still hopeful. She wants a person who will cherish her not just for the mother she was, but for the wonderful companion she is. If you believe in second chances, Kali is ready for hers. Every rescue in our care receives comprehensive vetting, which includes: A combo test Deworming Spay/neuter procedures Vaccinations Microchipping We take every possible step to ensure their health and happiness, giving them the best chance at a long, fulfilling life. While we do everything in our power to provide healthy rescues, it's important to note that some animals may have genetic health conditions we cannot predict (since we don’t have their family history). Additionally, medical tests—though highly reliable—can occasionally yield false negatives. Unexpected health issues may arise, either before or after adoption, but thanks to our thorough vetting process, the likelihood of a long and healthy life is very high. Additional adoption details: Transportation fees, if applicable, vary based on distance and expenses. Home checks may be conducted. Our standard tax-deductible adoption donation is $198.
