Story
* Jonsey is BONDED with Jinx and they must be adopted together. Say hello to Jonesy, the more reserved of the two brothers, Jonesy is gentle and soft-spoken. He tends to be cautious and may take longer to warm up but once he feels safe with you, he is so very warm and affectionate. If you are a person he trusts, all it takes is one touch and Jonesy will start purring on contact. He's most comfortable hanging back and watching his more adventurous brother... that is, until his curiosity gets the best of him and he comes out to join in the fun! Jonesy is a bit timid, yet fun and playful. He can almost always be coaxed out of hiding with his feather string toy. Once he is comfortable with you, Jonesy is the best cuddler! He will gaze soulfully into your eyes and rest calmly beside you or in your lap. His meow is quiet and he doesn't use it much, but when he does, it feels so special! Jonsey's $200 adoption fee includes a microchip, FVRCP vaccines and neuter surgery. Story
Sabrina is a large, beautiful Bombay cat with a sleek, shiny coat and bright golden eyes. She’s talkative, affectionate, playful, and wants to be the center of your world. Sabrina will be your shadow and loyal companion and will fill your days with love and purrs. This lovely lady adores her people and thrives on one-on-one time, whether that’s snuggling on the couch or chasing her favorite feather toy. She hasn't been exposed to kids, cats or dogs in her foster home, but she is gentle and well behaved, so there's a good chance she'd get along with them. Sabrina’s foster has been helping her stay active to reach a healthier weight. She doesn't have any health issues, but she needs a family who will help her continue this trend. Please fill out an application to meet her! Sabrina’s $125 adoption fee includes a microchip, FVRCP vaccines and spay surgery. If you would like to set up a Meet & Greet and be considered for adoption, please click on the button with the pet’s name to fill out an application. Someone will contact you within 24 hours. Story
Luna is a beautiful Bombay who is a very friendly, respectful and sweet girl! She loves to burrow in blankets like a little gopher or tuck herself in between pillows on the couch. She greets you with a soft meow and will gently nudge you for affection. She is a big fan of treats, lasers, and cat trees which she loves to climb and scratch on. Luna is very friendly and social with people but does need her distance with other animals. She has shown only curiosity towards the resident cat and is happy to hang out in the same room but is very chill. She warmed up to the resident dog very quickly as well but would also do well as an only cat. Luna is not a needy cat, but she does enjoy being in your presence. She does well with children as well. Luna’s adoption fee of $125 includes FVRCP vaccines, a microchip and spay surgery. Story
Inky is a healthy and happy petite girl who loves to snuggle and be carried around. She purrs a lot, loves to play and gets the zoomies. Inky likes the foster's big dogs, but she will do best as the only cat in the house. When rescued, Inky had severe dental issues that caused her a great deal of pain. The only option was to remove her teeth which was a big relief for her. She will have to be on an oral medication for the rest of her life to prevent inflammation and pain. This has not slowed her down a bit, and in fact, it has made it possible for her loving disposition to shine through. 🖤 Inky's adoption fee of $150 includes FVRCP vaccines, a microchip and spay surgery. Story
* Jinx is BONDED with Jonsey and they must be adopted together. Jinx is the spunkier of the two brothers, playful and curious. Once he knows and trusts you, he will be right there to say hello as soon as you walk through the door. Jinx is super friendly and loves to be everywhere you are! He will often follow you around like a puppy... unless he gets sidetracked by something new to discover or play with! He's been working on his "hunting" skills and is lightning-quick with his feather toy or the laser pointer. Jinx has a determined nature and is so much fun to be around! Once he's comfortable, Jinx is affectionate and warm. He's quick to receive pets and will sweetly climb up into your lap for snuggles and chin scratches. He's got the tiniest little raspy meow and loves to interact with you when he hasn't seen you for a while or when you're showing him some love! Story
T'Challa: The Gentle Warrior Seeking Her Forever Safe HavenMeet T'Challa, a magnificent, short-haired black cat whose incredible spirit has endured unimaginable hardship. This beautiful girl, listed as an American Shorthair, is more than just an adoptable cat; she is a survivor yearning for the peace only a loving home can provide. T'Challa is the sister of Grey, who is also seeking a forever family (please note: they are not a bonded pair).T'Challa carries the invisible scars of a life lived rough. When she was saved by Rescue Street, an organization focused on finding loving homes for pets who have been abandoned or mistreated, she was painfully thin and matted. She has since had a beautiful "glow up," but the emotional trauma remains. The tip of her ear is gone, a sign of her time in the field before rescue, telling a story of survival on the streets. Her deep-seated fear and shyness suggest she was likely attacked by a large dog in the past; because of this, big dogs are not a good fit for her future.Right now, T'Challa is a shy and timid girl, still working tirelessly to adjust to the unbelievable comfort of indoor life and learning that humans can be trusted. She is incredibly gentle and not aggressive at all, even though she often needs the safety of a hiding spot to feel secure. But look closer, the love is there!T'Challa is desperately trying to connect. You'll know she is nearby because she sweetly vocalizes to you from her safe space, a quiet sign of her longing for companionship. For the person patient enough to wait, the reward is profound:She is a confident foodie: She won't let you forget a meal! She loves her food and will clearly "say" when she is hungry. She has a massive heart waiting to unlock: Once she feels truly safe, T'Challa is an astonishingly affectionate cat. She loves pets so much that she will melt, literally slopping over onto you, turning into pure, gentle devotion.T'Challa doesn't need a perfect home; she needs a hero. She requires a quiet home with no large dogs to ensure her peace of mind. She would be an excellent solo pet but will learn to love other cats. If you are the person who recognizes that T'Challa is not broken, but merely waiting for unconditional love to heal, she needs you.We are seeking a patient, understanding adopter who can offer the time, space, and encouragement this gentle soul needs to finally blossom into the confident cat she deserves to be. Providing a calm, predictable environment is the key to letting her quiet, gentle personality shine through. If you are ready to open your heart to a sad story and witness the beautiful transformation of this brave survivor, please fill out an adoption application today. Give T'Challa the chance to know what true, permanent safety feels like. Please visit our website www.rescuestreet.com to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

Story
Fudgie is the most wonderful little cat. She had a rough beginning to life and has lived by herself, isolated from other cats while she fought a mysterious illness. Once we figured out what was going on and she got some dental work done, she was right as rain. This girl is so incredibly loving. She will rub and get pets and does the most adorable flops when she's getting attention. Her Fudgie flops are just full of love. Fudgie would do wonderfully in a quiet home. She does get along with dogs and most cats, as long as they are not aggressive. She is a small-sized cat, and she will not get much bigger. Are you ready to open your home and, most importantly, your heart to this wonderful, gentle girl? Please visit our website www.rescuestreet.com to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.
