Story
Zuko is incredibly attentive and intelligent, I love him so. I adopted him in his first year from a shelter that was at capacity. He’s 3 years old now, can be a bit shy with people at first, but if you don’t try to smother him, he will become comfortable very quickly. He loves to be cuddled and pet on his head, chin, or back. He’ll chase a string in full stride around a room or to fetch small toys. He eats a canned wet food diet, he can get along with dogs that are not high energy. He enjoys being outside but the sound of cars will scare him. Even so, he is a good road buddy and will rest quietly in the car or on a plane. He is predominately indoors but when he is outside, he will try to catch and eat grasshoppers or other small bugs. He would do very well with another cat to play with. He is attentive and great at training. I do not just let him go outside on his own. He will watch a sunset or go fishing you. I will miss him very much.

Please contact Jamie (jamiecr@comcast.net) for more information about this pet. Want to meet? [Fill out the Application], then email it to the contact in this bio. To meet Annie, please text Jamie at 925-980-9703. Annie is a young cat that the foster brought into her home with her newborn kittens. She is a sweet gentle cat who would do best in a home as a single cat as she has tried to fight my female and male cat on multiple occasions. She does well with small dogs. She likes to play with springs, small mice and wands. She enjoys snuggles, loves to chat and her eyes are a gorgeous mix of green and blue. She does well with children and would make a great addition to any family. Annie is being fostered with community Concern For Cats and her adoption fee includes all of her medical. Annie is up to date on vaccines and is spayed.  To meet Annie, please text Jamie at 925-980-9703.Click here to watch a video of Annie.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 9, 2025, 3:24 pm

Story
These cats (brothers) are very special. They are the most affectionate cats I have ever met--almost more like dogs. They come to greet us at the door when we arrive home. They (especially Panda) will jump on strangers laps moments after first meeting them. Panda is wonderful with kids. Chinchilla is more nervous and tends to stay away from kids but we have not had any issues with safety. The reason we have to give them up is that we unexpectedly had a second baby and since then Chinchilla has become territorial and has been peeing on the floor at times. We have loved having them in our family the last three years but it does not seem that we can keep them. These cats would be a wonderful fit with a household where someone is home much of the day. They are indoor cats and love to be around people as much as possible.
