Story
Meet Geovanni, a seven-year-old gentleman with a big personality and an even bigger love for snuggles. Geovanni likes to think of himself as extra special-and honestly, he's not wrong. He's FIV+ and has a condition called immune-mediated neutropenia, which basically means his body likes to make things a little more "interesting" by going after his white blood cells. Because of that (and a stubborn old wound on his neck), he rocks a stylish little "puffer" to keep himself safe. Think of it as his signature look. Medical quirks aside, Geovanni is all about the good life: pets, cuddles, and Churu treats (seriously-those are the way to his heart). He's a total lovebug who just wants to be close to his person and soak up attention. He's looking for a quiet home where he can be your one and only-no other cats or dogs, please. He's decided he deserves the spotlight, and we fully support that. If you're looking for a quirky, affectionate companion with a little extra character (and a lot of love to give), Geovanni is ready to be your guy.

Good with cats,
Story
When Pilgrim was rescued, he was trapped in a garage with a badly broken leg that had healed improperly, leaving him to walk on three feet and one knee. Because the leg couldn't be repaired, it was surgically amputated, turning him into a "tripod" cat. Despite his initial fear, Pilgrim is a survivor. After his foster family worked hard to gain his trust, he has blossomed into a timid but loving cat who enjoys affection and is comfortable around other cats. While he is a confident climber and loves his cat tree, he is still hesitant on the floor and wary of, yet never aggressive toward, humans. Pilgrim needs a patient, special adopter-and plenty of Churu treats-to help him feel safe and secure in a forever home.

Lantern is full of life and playfulness but never loud or overwhelming about it. She loves toys but its almost like she doesn't want you to know that she likes it. She has the cutest little round face and innocent eyes. She will do best in a house with older children that would love to play with her but not try to pick her up all the time. She likes to come up to you when she is ready and if you have a churu you can bet she will be on your lap in no time...cause this girl LOVES her treats. Lantern does not enjoy the company of any size canine but would love to have feline friends, as she did fantastic with the resident cats in her foster home. Apply for this sweet girl today!

Meet Riptide, a resilient black kitten who is a total sweetheart. After his previous caretaker passed away, Riptide and his family were left abandoned, but his spirit never wavered. The very moment rescuers arrived, this brave little guy stepped right up, begging to be held and purring up a storm. As the most outgoing and confident of his siblings, he brings instant fun into any room he enters. With his gorgeous, shiny black coat and a personality that is nothing short of adorable, Riptide is ready to find his forever family.

Story
Ghost is the leader of her litter, and she's a sneaky little thing. You will hear her purrs and then all of a sudden she is on your lap ready for pets. She did great in her foster home with two children under 7 and enjoyed chasing lasers and wand toys with them. She was around 3 dogs (20-65lbs) and did okay with them but definitely preferred the smaller dogs they didn't make her as nervous. She also did well with the resident cats. I think at her young age she could easily adjust to dogs or cats being in her forever home. She has a cute little bobtail that she loves to stick straight out while she's enjoying her pets.

Story
Frankenstein is a big baby. He's always been the biggest of his litter but also the most timid. He loves to play and he LOVES food, but he waits until his sisters show him the way when it comes to meeting new people. He does well with the two children under 7 in his foster home but feel its best for him to go to a home with children 5 and up. He's interested in the 3 dogs (20-65lbs) in his foster home and he loves the resident cats. He would do the best in a home that already has a cat so he can continue to grow and build his confidence with a buddy to show him the way. Give him a tube to play and stash all his mouse toys in and and some churu treats and he'll be on your lap in no time. What he lacks in intelligence he makes up for with his sweetness, it just might take a little for him to feel comfortable.
