Tessie is a 5 year old petite 45lb brindle mix looking for a forever home. She was adopted out as a puppy and lived with cats, kids and other dogs in the past. She can be selective about her dog friends so would need a meet and two week trial run to ensure compatibility - she tends to do better with male doggos / ones that don't get into her business, but she's a wonderful listener so that helps as well. She will take a little bit of time to adjust, but with the right patient owner she will be a great addition. She is a perfect leash walker and loves car rides! Tessie's adoption fee is $250 and she's fully vetted / ready to meet people any time. If interested in meeting this gorgeous girl, please apply at www.foreverhomedogs.org and we will reach out!All adoptions are $300 per dog for puppies under 1 year, $250 for adults 1 - 9 years old and $150 for senior dogs which include spay/neuter, micro-chipped and up-to-date on required shots. Senior dogs, at our discretion, are adopted out at $150 per dog because we know they will have less time with your family and may eventually have more needs as they get older. But we feel these dogs deserve to live out the rest of their lives as part of a loving family.

Hutch is a 45 lb border collie mix with a lot of energy. He is a quick learner who is extremely food motivated and knows sit, lie down, settle, come, and heel. His ideal owners would lead active lifestyles and be willing to take him on long walks/runs and have a large fenced in yard. He is potty trained and roams freely in the house without accidents. He is reactive to other dogs (especially larger dogs) and we have found that a gentle leader leash will help direct his attention back to you. Needs a proper introduction to dogs similar or larger in size. Neutered and up to date on all vaccinations and flea treatment. He currently lives with two cats and is scared of them. He also lives with a small 15 lb dog and plays a little too aggressively sometimes, but has never hurt them. Loves head scratches and belly rubs.
