Spinach already knows `sit,` and with a little patience and some training, he’ll be the best companion you could ask for. He’s possibly housetrained, but might need some consistency to get fully settled in his new home. Spinach can be a bit jumpy when he’s excited (and he’s often excited!), but with a little guidance, he’ll learn to be the calm and well-behaved pup you’ve been waiting for. If you’re an active person or family looking for a dog who will keep up with your adventures, Spinach is your guy! He`s ready for his forever home, where he can burn off all that energy with love and attention. Could that be with you?Spinach is currently in foster care outside of the shelter. Story
Lyla is a wonderful dog. Unfortunately my son has developed some mental issues and it has become unsafe for Lyla to be around him. She knows how to ring bells to go outside, and she loves to cuddle. She doesn’t run off and likes to follow. She did have a couple of medical issues. When she was a puppy she fell and injured her hip. She had surgery on her back right hip, but she hasn’t had any problems resulting from that surgery or injury. She is also partially deaf. Not completely, it just requires you to be a little louder to get her attention. On the bright side loud noises don’t bother her, like vacuums or fireworks. She loves to play and has no violence in her at all. She doesn’t over eat, and is trained to go to a kennel. Due her hearing trouble I was using a beeping/vibrating collar to get her attention. Otherwise I just had be a little louder than normal to call her. She doesn’t really go anywhere though so that was never really a big problem. I will honestly miss her.
