Cleo- Sweet Border Collie Mix (Fee Negotiable, Great Home Priority)Cleo is a 5-year-old Border Collie mix (40 lbs) looking for a loving, permanent home. She’s energetic and playful—especially loves chasing a ball—but also very cuddly once she’s had exercise. She is house trained, knows basic commands, does okay on leash, and rides well in the car. Cleo is used to having people around most of the day. **Good with:**• Older kids• Other dogs (with proper introductions)• Cats (has been okay in the past but may need some refresher training to leave them alone)Cleo would do best in a home without small children. This is not negotiable. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and healthy (last vet visit October). Cleo needs an active home with regular exercise and a yard or safe place to run.Rehoming due to changes with small children in the home. Fee is negotiable—our priority is finding Cleo the right home.Text/Call: 231-633-9873

Meet Chloe When Chloe first came to us, she was so scared of the world. Quiet, shut down, unsure if she could trust anyone. But with time, patience, and a little help from her trainer, something beautiful happened… Chloe found her spark again Today, she’s a completely different girl. She’s confident, playful, and full of love. She’s housetrained, crate trained, gets along great with other dogs, and even does well with cats Chloe is ready for her next chapter — a forever home where she can truly belong. She would thrive with an active family who has space for her to run and explore. She does well with kids 8 and up, and once she warms up to you, she’ll be your most loyal, loving companion To help her transition, her trainer is offering one free training session, along with discounted ongoing support — because Chloe deserves every chance to succeed. She’s come so far. Now all she needs is someone to give her the life she’s been waiting for ##2606089##

Meet Dublin! 🍀 Dublin is a 1-year-old Border Collie mix with a big personality and an even bigger love for playtime. This handsome boy is smart, curious, and always ready to turn an ordinary moment into a game. Chasing a ball, going for walks, or tossing around his favorite stuffy toys are some of Dublin’s favorite ways to spend the day. He’s the kind of dog who enjoys staying busy and having fun with his people, and he’s always happy to be part of the action. Dublin is also a bright young dog who enjoys learning and interacting with the people around him. When the fun winds down, he’s more than happy to soak up attention and enjoy some well-earned affection. If you’re looking for a playful, clever companion who will keep life interesting, Dublin might just be your perfect match. Submit an adoption survey at al-van.org/adopt.

Story
Lily Mae is sweetness covered in fur. She is an 8 yr old dog who loves laying in the sunny spots around the house, walking the yard on her leash, keeping eyes on our property and scratches on the nose and ears.We fostered and adopted during COVID but life circumstances mean we need to re-home her.She takes a twice daily med for seizures; gladly does so before each meal. Follows all typical commands (sit, go to kennel, stay/wait) but also is trained to wait until “free” to eat or go out the door. She gets really excited when you say “outside” or “potty” and grab a leash. She loves to explore and sniff but walks really well on a leash and follows commands. She does okay with other animals (has been around cats, puppies and chickens), but isn’t a fan of aggressive or hyper male dogs - she will avoid them. She sleeps in a kennel at night and loves her dog bed during the dayShe would thrive in a house with someone who just wants a good dog to join them on walks and laying around in the sun.
