Story
Location: Mankato, MN Lasso is a shy dog that has so much potential. He’s incredibly sweet, loves to be pet. He’s very anxious and does WAY better with other dogs in the house, to build his confidence. His current foster home has children (4 & 7 years old), but he would probably appreciate a quieter home with older kids. He doesn’t have an aggressive bone in his body, but the loud sudden noises make him hide in his crate. He comes out of his shell more once the kiddos are in school 😅 His ideal home would have other dogs, and a family with patience to celebrate all his little milestones. He’s such a sweet dog that just wants to feel safe. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs over 9 months), FIV/FeLV test (cats - one in the litter), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.

Story
Location: Otsego, MN Meet Ari, a handsome Border Collie and German Shepherd mix who is the perfect blend of brains and loyalty. This young pup is already ahead of the curve, boasting full house training, excellent leash manners, and a solid foundation of basic commands. He is already neutered, microchipped, and completely up-to-date on all his vaccinations, making him fully ready to transition into his forever home. True to his heritage, Ari is incredibly smart, alert, and fiercely devoted to his people. Because of his natural protective instincts and selective nature around other dogs, he is looking for a savvy owner who understands working breeds. Ari thrives in a structured environment and would do best as the only pet in a home without small children, where he can receive all the focus and mental stimulation he craves. If you are looking for an active, vigilant, and deeply loyal companion to join you on life's adventures, Ari is ready to be your right-hand man. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Hi, I’m Barrel! If you're looking for a loyal sidekick, professional snuggler, and full-time shadow, I might be your perfect match. My favorite place to be is wherever my humans are, and I’m happiest when I’m included in the action, whether that’s relaxing on the couch, going for a walk, hanging out in the yard, or just following you from room to room. Like many puppies, I can be a little shy when meeting new people or exploring unfamiliar places, but I’m learning that this big world has lots of fun things to offer. Having confident foster dog siblings has helped me come out of my shell, and I look to them for guidance when I’m unsure. I’m a smart boy who loves treats, which makes training a lot of fun. I’m already doing great with potty training and am continuing to work on kennel training. I also walk nicely on a leash and don’t do much pulling. In my foster home, I live peacefully with cats and mostly prefer to let them do their own thing. When playtime is over, I’m more than happy to help keep your lap warm, shower you with puppy kisses, and remind you what it feels like to have a best friend by your side. As a Border Collie mix, I’ll thrive with regular exercise, mental enrichment, and opportunities to learn new things. With my affectionate nature, eagerness to please, and growing confidence, I’m ready to find a family to call my own. Could that be you? ---- *Rescue puppies are notorious for losing their birth certificates before entering our rescue. We cannot guarantee the breed or size they will be full grown.*
