With her adorable freckled nose and warm brown eyes, she’s ready to focus all her love on her new family. Originated from: Shelter in Georgia. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs over 9 months), FIV/FeLV test (cats - one in the litter), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.

Meet Mayla, a purebred Border Collie with classic working-dog intelligence, incredible affection, and boundless enthusiasm. We brought Mayla home from a local farm where both of her parents worked with sheep, and she has carried that loyal, active drive with her ever since. She has been a deeply cherished and sweet family companion, proving herself time and again to be wonderfully gentle and great with our kids.Mayla is an active girl who thrives when she gets plenty of outdoor exercise, long walks, and mental stimulation. Her absolute passion in life is playing fetch with a frisbee, she is a natural athlete, an expert catcher, and could happily play for hours if you let her. After a lot of family discussion, we have made the difficult decision to rehome her. With our second child here, we simply no longer have the time and energy she truly deserves to stay happy and fulfilled.
