Harloe is a smart, affectionate dog who enjoys learning and thrives when she has a strong bond with her people. She has represented Barkin Dogs Rescue wonderfully at events and consistently impresses everyone she meets with her friendly personality and good manners. She enjoys other dogs, particularly companions who are similar in size and respectful of her communication. Harloe would also be happy as an only dog in a home where she can soak up plenty of attention. Harloe is looking for a family that can provide continued structure, consistency, and companionship.
