DOB: February 2023Weight: 25lbsDisposition: Independent, Fun-loving with other dogsBest Home: Azalea can be shy at first, but settles in quickly and greets her people with enthusiastic tail wags. She thrives in a space with other dogs and would do best in a home with another dog who can help her build confidence.History: Rescued from a shelter in Imperial County by TBL in February 2025Azalea is her true self when you see her with her pack! Story
Meet Penelope Sweet Penelope was found on the side of the road in heartbreaking condition, scared and struggling just to survive. Despite everything she’s been through, this beautiful girl has remained gentle, loving, and full of hope. Now Penelope is healthy, safe, and ready for her fresh start. She’s looking for a foster or foster-to-adopt home in San Diego where she can finally experience comfort, love, and stability. Penelope deserves a soft bed, kind words, and someone willing to give her the chance she never had before. Watching dogs like her learn to trust and feel safe again is truly something special. If you can open your home to Penelope, even temporarily, you could completely change her life. Foster-to-adopt is absolutely okay. ##2737196##

I behave very well when I ride in the car and I am crate trained:) and I am not a barker. Don't wait more and take me home:) As with all rescued fur kids; she is going to need basic training, love reinforcement; as you know they all come from a tough beginning on their lives and the art of adopting a rescued creature is to bring them to be the best they can be with love and patience.
