You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please review our Adoption Process before filling out an application.  If you would like to try a Foster to Adopt trial, please fill out an Adoption Application.  If you are only interested in temporarily Fostering one of our rescues, please fill out a Foster Application.   Hi!My name is Moe, and I was rescued off the streets of Ensenada, Mexico. I don't know my breed but I look like an adorable wired haired terrier. As of end of September I am fully vaccinated and neutered. I am READY to be adopted.I am currently 15 pounds and they think I will be a fantastic medium breed in the 25-35 pound range when full grown (likely more in the mid 30s making me a great medium size!)I will keep it sweet and short.....I am the hot diggy dog! They say I have a fantastic happy outgoing and loving personality and of course as you can see from the pictures I am a HANDSOME good dog :)I am great in my crate, tend to whine for the first 5-10min but becoming more and more comfortable as I grow up into my teenage years and I can absolutely hold it for the 8hrs at night in the crate but my adopter should have a flexible work schedule as I am a young pup and will not be proper to leave me home alone 5hrs or longer on a daily during these months. I am ready to go home and would love a family with other living beings from other humans, dogs or even cats but I would be fine as an only dog in the family as long as my family makes sure to schedule weekly or daily play dates with doggy friends. Like all dogs, i should join dog training to be an fantastic adult dog. Thanks for reading and I hope you meet me soon!PS - The first step is to submit that dog adoption application online at ARWOB.org and/or keep an eye for events calendar and just attend to any events I am scheduled to attend to just do a meet and greet BUT I can meet my future family ANY day of the week and not dependent on events, so, don't delay!09/20/23 Moe is now in a new foster home with a young couple in down town area ei apartment setting and exposed to daily walks/outtings. Their foster has this to say:He is doing good. Still potty training but he is getting better and having fewer accidents. He is such a happy go lucky pup. He doesnt like being left in the crate he gets vocal when when we leave but for a few mins.He was very anxious at first walking around the city but he just gets excited now.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.If you would like to meet one of our animals, PLEASE fill out an adoption application. He is leash-trained and enjoys going out for walks or cuddling. He gets along very well with other small and medium dogs. He is sometimes intimidated by larger dogs and never lived with cats. Story
Paco is 2 years old and weighs 10 lbs. He’s active and outgoing, and social with other dogs. Paco was hit by a car in in Tijuana and was found on lying on the side of the street. Our vet didn’t find anything broken but he wasn’t able to walk. Paco was started on anti-inflammatory meds and slowly regained his ability to walk. He has a slight twitch in the back legs but it doesn’t stop this little fighter from running and playing with his corral mates. Paco would do well in a home with children over 10 years old. If you would like to meet this dog you can read about our adoption process and submit an application on our website at: http://www.bajaanimalsanctuary.org/dogs.htm  October 2, 2023, 11:21 pm
