Her adorable wiry coat and expressive little face give her that irresistible “permanent bedhead” look—equal parts charming and mischievous. She’s the kind of puppy who turns ordinary moments into playtime and finds joy in just about everything.Doodlebug is wonderfully playful, curious, and full of puppy energy. Toys? Amazing. Leaves? Incredible. Your shoelaces? Her absolute favorite. She’s at that magical age where the world is brand new, and she’s ready to explore it all—with you by her side.Like any young pup, Doodlebug is still learning the ropes and will need puppy obedience training to help her grow into the best version of herself. With consistency, patience, and lots of positive reinforcement, she’s going to shine. She’s eager, smart, and ready to soak it all up.Because she’s still so little and learning boundaries, Doodlebug will need supervision around kids and cats to help everyone feel safe and comfortable. With gentle guidance, she has all the potential to become a wonderful family companion.Doodlebug is already spayed and ready to head home with a family who’s excited to help her learn, grow, and thrive. She’s looking for someone who will embrace the puppy phase—the wiggles, the zoomies, the learning curves—and love her every step of the way.If your home could use a little extra laughter, a lot of love, and one very scruffy sidekick, Doodlebug is ready to bounce right into your heart.If you are interested in adopting me or another homeless pet at Macomb County Animal Control, walk-in adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm.My adoption fee is $350.
