Suzie is a 5-year-old, 12 lb. sweetheart who may be a Border Terrier mix. She’s ready to leave shelter life behind for a cozy home of her own. She came to us as an owner surrender through no fault of her own. Suzie is housetrained and has previously been trusted to roam freely when left alone, making her an easy addition to a household. While she’s a bit nervous and unsure in the shelter environment, she’s perfectly content being carried around and taking comfort in her people. She gets along well with other dogs and cats, and she has a positive history with kids ages 2 and up. Suzie is a genuinely nice girl who can’t wait to trade the stress of the shelter for the warmth, safety, and routine of a real home.
