Meet Pepper — a perfectly seasoned little pup with just the right dash of sweetness. Pepper earned her name thanks to her silky black coat sprinkled with the most adorable white accents on her chin, belly, and paws—like salt shaken just so over a classic favorite.Right about 2 months old, this girl will probably grow up to be around 80 lbs. Pepper is truly a heart-melter. Her playful spirit, soft curls, and gentle nature make her a joy to be around, whether she’s romping with her foster’s Doberman or soaking up love from kids (she’s wonderful with them!). She’s been impressively polite for a puppy, sticking to puppy pads from day one, and while she enjoys exploring the outdoors, she’d prefer to do it without the chill—this girl is more cozy café than frozen tundra.Toy-loving and eager to please, Pepper is easily redirected if curiosity gets the best of her. At night, she sleeps soundly in her own bed… though she’d happily accept an invite to snuggle with her people instead. She’s generally a quiet pup, but if she feels left out, she’ll let you know with a soft little puppy protest—after all, no one likes missing out on the fun.In short? Pepper is one of those once-in-a-lifetime puppies: loving, gentle, well-mannered, and absolutely unforgettable. Her foster adores her—and it’s easy to see why.Interested in adopting this dog? Lincoln is a handsome young Border Collie Mix, with an estimated date of birth of December 23 2022. He weighs about 45 lbs. He absolutely loves people and is very affectionate. However he is not fond of other dogs. Lincoln enjoys spending time in his foster family’s yard and would love a forever home with a large, secure fenced (above ground) yard. He loves spending time with human friends and needs a family or, a single pet parent, who will spend plenty of time with him. Because he’s not good with other dogs, dog parks are not on his list of favorite places! However, he is an active boy and would love to go for hikes and runs with his people….when he’s not playing in his own yard! Border Collie experience is a big plus for this smart boy. Due to his energy/playfulness, he is not an apartment or condo dweller. Rather, he’d love his own spaces where he could run and play, and an active family, or pet parent!! Lincoln is up to date on all vaccinations, is heartworm negative and is on heartworm preventative. He is neutered and microchipped as well.
