Shiloh was found as a stray out in the county during the freezing weather at the beginning of the year. Thankfully, those cold days are behind her, and now she's ready to find a warm, loving home to call her own! Shiloh is an incredibly sweet girl who loves people and soaking up all the attention she can get. She does well with other dogs once she's had some time to acclimate and get comfortable. She has not been around cats, so we are unsure how she would do with feline friends. Shiloh does have some herding instincts when it comes to cattle and horses. She's also been accused of chasing chickens, although there's never been any actual proof of her feathered crimes! Because of this, a home without free-roaming livestock or poultry may be the best fit. While Shiloh is happy to hang around the house during the day, she does have a bit of an adventurous side once the sun goes down. She can climb 4-foot fences and has been known to wander off at night, so secure containment and supervision will be important to keep her safe. She is also terrified of gunshots and will need a family that understands her fear and helps her feel secure during loud noises. Shiloh's finders never had her inside their home, so we are unsure if she is potty trained. She may need some patience and consistency as she adjusts to indoor living and learns the household routine. On the bright side, she walks nicely on a leash and is a great passenger in the car, making her a wonderful companion for outings and adventures! Shiloh is a loving girl with so much affection to give. She just needs a family willing to keep her safe, understand her quirks, and give her the forever home she deserves. Dude is an energetic pup who stays true to his breed mix and will thrive in an active home that can help him burn off his energy through play, exercise, and adventure. He absolutely loves toys, especially a good game of tug-of-war, and is always ready for fun! He enjoys meeting new people and does well riding in the car, making him a great companion for outings and adventures. Dude is not good with other dogs or children, so he will need to be the only pet in a home without kids. He has not been around livestock, so his behavior with livestock is unknown. Dude is also still learning his manners and will need obedience training, structure, and consistent guidance to help him become the best companion he can be. Dude is not potty trained and will need consistent house training and supervision. He also has a chewing habit and will need appropriate toys and plenty of positive outlets for his energy. He tends to get into things when left unattended, so a home that can provide supervision, exercise, and enrichment will be important. He does not do well when left alone, can be quite vocal at times, and isn't a fan of bath time. Patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement will go a long way as he adjusts to his new home. Dude is looking for an experienced adopter who is willing to put in the time and training he needs. In return, you'll have an energetic, playful companion who is always up for an adventure! Dude is neutered, fully vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped.
