Uzi is a 4 year old Boston Terrier. He came into my daughters life a couple of years ago. Her previous roommate was his owner and he kept Uzi in the cage most of the day neglecting him. When the roommate moved out, she took Uzi and later moved back to my home. Uzi is mild mannered, he has qualities of an emotional support dog. He needs to be walked three times a day. HIs stomach is very sensitive to "dog food" and he eats human grade food. Lean protein (turkey ground meat, chicken or tuna), rice, frozen veggies (carrots peas). Three months ago my daughter gave birth and Uzi is not taking this well. He has been peeing on my other daughters and grandson's mattresses so much so that we have had to replace them. We have tried special sprays but that only seems to work for day or two. He has peed on baby swing base and items we have laying on the floor. We have put barriers to prevent him from going upstairs but he still pees on items on the main floor even when people are around.

Meet Arthur, a Boston Terrier/Mini Boxer mix who was born Nov 2023, and weighs just 30lbs. Arthur has a fun-loving personality and could definitely be described as the life of the party! He loves playing with his toys, other dogs, and going on fun adventures with his people. Arthur is super smart and is a quick learner. His favorite things include fetch, walks, and snacking on watermelon and blueberries. He is crate trained, house trained, and he has excellent leash manners! With his friendly demeanor, large expressive ears, and sweet personality, he is sure to win over everyone he meets! Arthur would love an active family and would be happy in a house with another friendly dog, or would be content as the only dog. Arthur is everything a young pup should be - playful, snuggly, cute, and curious! He enjoys going for walks and is non-reactive to other dogs or distractions. Arthur&#39s ideal home would have a fenced yard, but he could also live in an apartment or condo if he receives regular walks and exercise (like fetch!). Meet Scout This little nugget, Scout, is a wonderful dog. She, like so many dogs, had been running as a stray and wound up at a high-kill shelter. The shelter saw her potential and asked us if we could rescue her before they were forced to euthanize. Having seen this little girl in action we were smitten. We don't know what breeds Scout is, but she could have some Boston in her, maybe a bit of beagle or even Jack Russell or all three - it's so hard to know. We do know she is petite in size at only 17 lbs. at eight months. She may top out at 25 lbs. She has the cutest oversized ears, an alert expression, intelligent eyes and a pretty white coat with patches. She is the happiest, friendliest, most adorable young pup. Scout LOVES people, kids, dogs, and cats! She loves everything and everyone she encounters. She walks great on a leash, she loves strolling with her person and other dogs, especially Honey (her mate that we also rescued). Scout and Honey seem to be bonded, at least they are best friends, and will be adopted together. It would be so sad to separate them at this time. Scout travels well, is up for adventure and playing. She loves to run in the play yards and likes to say 'hello' to the other dogs out there. This little girl is pawfect. She will transition easily into a loving home. She will be your constant companion. She is a confident, calm, quiet, fun-loving girl, looking to be someone's fur baby companion. She will grace your heart and home with joy, snuggles and cuddles, yet be ready for a hiking adventure, a visit to the wineries or caf̩e or simply lounging on a comfy couch. This girl has it all!
