Cash came from a shelter already, and I'm trying to avoid him going back to one. When I was with my ex we got him together, and my ex was not nice to him at all. My ex would punch him in the face when he was a puppy, and now he has some fear based tendencies to try to nip or bite someone as a warning because he goes into fight or flight mode when fast hand gestures are made towards his face. I have a baby on the way, and I never wanted to have to rehome him. With how he is though, I can't promise he won't accidentally hurt my baby. I just need him to find a beautiful forever home that can understand his past, and love him for him. PICTUTES WILL BE ADDED IN A FEW DAYS!!

I didn't delete my account after getting my final dog and Roscoe popped up as a match. Frankie gave me a sob story of being out of work, needing shoulder surgery and a neighbor threatening to harm Rosco.This was early November, I was lead the believe by Christmas or New Year everything would be worked out. Right from the beginning there were problems, Roscoe wasn't accustomed to the city noises around my apartment. If he got spooked he wanted to go inside even if he wasn't finished with outside business. This did cause a few accidents. He is protective and will let me know when someone comes in down stairs by barking. He thinks he should be a lap dog despite his size. He will give kisses till you make him stop. He isn't interested in my cat and loves playing with my dogs. He's deathly afraid of the spray bottle. He now knows move/get off, leave it, get out of a room and let's go. By his behavior I think he had to struggle to survive before he was taken in,he is always hungry an thirsty

My daughter rescued Rocco in 2020 as a small puppy when she lived with her ex-fiancé. They had a large yard for him and he got along well with her other two dogs. Fast forward to 2026, she and fiancé have split and she has moved back home with me. I already have 3 dogs of my own. Rocco does not get along with my 3 dogs and has to live a life of isolation. He needs a home where he is the only pet. One on one with people he is a sweet fun-loving dog. He would thrive in a one dog environment. He loves walks and fetching. Is housebroken and neutered. Is a very athletic dog and would be amazing at agility. Very devoted and affectionate to those who spend time with him. Loves to cuddle. He’s very healthy and has been well cared for. But his disagreements with my dogs are making staying with me an impossible situation. 😞
