Story
Molly was pulled from our high kill shelter. She is a sweet girl who loves water!! Molly is housebroken and crate trained. She loves to go for car rides and doesn't pull on leash. She would do best as an only dog. Molly would love a couch to curl up on and a friend who will give her belly rubs. Shes an excellent bird watcher!!

Story
Please help! I am hardly home anymore with my new job, and Roxy needs a home where she can have more frequent companionship. She is not living her best life right now, and I want to fix that for her.Roxy is a boxer mix that I got in February 2021 at the Phenix City animal shelter. She was born around October-November 2020. Roxy is an extremely sweet dog. She loves people and LOVES kids. She has a ton of energy but also loves snuggling and cuddling. Trust me, she will TAKE OVER your bed if you let her sleep with you!As much as it pains me and my children, I just cannot give her the life she needs. We are an extremely busy family and Roxy has to spend a lot of time alone as a result. She would be perfect for a family with kids, maybe even one with a stay-at-home parent that can spend a lot more time with her than I can.

Story
Hi! I've been taking care of Marlow for the past 3 weeks or so, since her owner was arrested. She's had a good life so far and no trauma. She's a happy girl. Her owner was my neighbor, and so she has been left in my care. He wants me to find a home for her. I don't make enough money to have a pet of my own right now, so I cannot keep her. Marlow is such an awesome dog. She is young - under two years, I believe - I know she's had a period or two (but has never been *active*, I.e. no litters, etc.- she still needs to be fixed). She's intelligent, loyal and friendly, but not OVERLY so to strangers like some dogs are -you have to earn her affection a photo o it bit, which I like. She is polite to all humans. Needs to be trained but she is housebroken, and a quick learner. .SHE RARELY BARKS!! Only when she feels it necessary. She does NOT do well with cats. Please be in touch!!

Story
Bella was found by a friend close to some railroad tracks in a box with her siblings. We had initially adopted her as a buddy for our older dog to hang out with and bring some youthful play to. However, Bella is a very athletic and energetic dog, and a bit too much for our older, calmer dog to get along with. She is fantastic with other young and active dogs and has played/gotten along with them really well. She can get along with cats; however, it is a tenuous relationship, largely due to her higher energy scaring the cats. I think she would do well as an only pet or in an energetic multi-pet environment. Bella would do great in an environment with active "paw"rents who will spend time playing with her or have a large yard for her to run off energy. It is unknown how she would do with children. Based on her high energy, I would recommend she go to a home with older children as she may knock a younger kid down during her high-speed zoomies.
