Story
Meet Peppy! This enthusiastic bundle of joy did not get her name by chance! Peppy is an incredibly sweet, wiggly girl who has a most positive outlook on life despite a rough start. Her endless enthusiasm and `go, go, go` attitude keep us all smiling. She makes friends wherever she goes, and you won`t really have a say in the matter - you WILL be her friend. Her energetic personality makes her the perfect adventure buddy, and you can count on tons of nighttime cuddles when her day of activity is done. Peppy is an easily-excited young girl who is still learning her manners. She`s currently working on `four on the floor` for her habit of jumping up, and is also making progress with keeping her mouth to herself. To keep this high-energy lady`s boredom at bay, Peppy would benefit from both physical and mental enrichment. Puzzle feeders, Kongs, and daily training sessions that end with reward will keep her brain busy and out of trouble! As she`s working on growing into a cool, calm and collected pup, older kids may be a better fit for her future home to prevent any accidental knockouts! She came into our care with other dogs and might enjoy having another pup to play with! We`re not sure how she`d do with cats, though, so we recommend slow introductions. If you`ve been needing something positive in your life to put a little pep in your step, Peppy is 100%, without a doubt, your girl.Peppy is:- open to kids 12+ due to arousal- unknown with cats, slow intros required- open to dogs pending successful intro

Story
*Storm is in the process of being adopted and is on a Patient Paw Sleepover!***STORM is a Patient Paw, please ask about their reduced adoption fee and the possibility of a sleepover!**Introducing the beautiful Storm! Storm may be named after wild weather, but once the clouds part and she gets to know you, you`ll discover a loyal, loving companion waiting beneath the surface. This sweet Pittie can be nervous around strangers and takes time to warm up, so she`s looking for an experienced, patient home willing to let her settle in at her own pace. Give Storm the time she needs, and you`ll soon have a best friend who leans her whole body into you for pets, zooms around the room with happy-to-see-you excitement, and shows off her tricks for a bit of kibble.Like any good Storm, she appreciates people who can read the signs. Watching and respecting her body language is important, as she has a history of resource guarding food and toys. Storm is playful and loves her squeaky toys, but she also knows how to weather a quiet day and has done well relaxing on her own at home. She`s house trained, too!Storm also has skin allergies and will need a special diet and ongoing itch medication to keep her comfortable. Some areas of her body can be sensitive, so gentle handling is appreciated. She is, understandably, a bit fearful at the vet and is working on muzzle training with our amazing behaviour team. This lady has lived with children before, but a home with teens (13+) is recommended. She has also lived with cats and may be able to do so again with very slow introductions and a dog-savvy feline. We`re not yet sure how Storm feels about other dogs, but that`s why we`re here to help facilitate introductions. One thing we do know? Storm comes with plenty of classic Pittie commentary and is never afraid to make her voice heard! We know Storm may need a bit more dedication than some of our other pups, but the love she has to share is worth every moment. If you think you could be her rainbow, come meet Storm today!Storm is:- open to older kids that can read and respect body language (13+)- No cats- unknown with dogs, open pending successful intros- fearful of vets, continuation of muzzle training recommendedTo start her and her new family off on the right paw, Storm with get 2 complimentary post-adoption consults!
