Gracie Belle - Yes, having two names definitely makes me extra special! And believe me, I AM special! I'm not your average pup; I'm a delightful boxer mix with ears that act like radars, always tuned in to the fun and excitement around me. I've got a genuine penchant for adventure and a passion for running that knows no bounds. As I've grown, I've blossomed into a loving and mature young dog. My youthful exuberance is now complemented by a deeper sense of loyalty and affection. I've learned the ropes of good behavior, and I'm ready to be the devoted companion you've been looking for. I'm an active girl, and I thrive alongside other active, friendly dogs or I am good by myself to take all the attention from you :) With my sleek and muscular build, weighing in at about 50-55 pounds, I'm the perfect size for all kinds of outdoor activities. I'd make the ideal companion for a family that loves to keep moving! Do you enjoy running, hiking, camping, boating, or any adventure under the sun? Well, guess what? I'm ready to be your partner in all those exciting escapades. So why wait? Fill out that adoption application today, and let's embark on a lifetime of thrilling journeys together! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Hi! I'm Jack. My foster mom calls me Jack-O-Lantern because of my handsome colors. I love walking in the neighborhood and ran into some people that rescued me. Well I jumped in the middle while they were saving 4 puppies because I wanted to join the party. I love to cuddle and can provide lots of licks because I am a major love bug. I also enjoy making doggy friends. Dog friendly parks and restaurants are some of my favorite places to hang out. My foster mom says that I behave perfectly in a home. I share the couch, eat from my own bowl and know that the only place to go potty is outside. I even learned to use a dog door. I will also "sit before you hand me my food for the day. I am not that interested in toys. A few chew toys are scattered around my room but I don't really know what they are for. I can be in a crate but prefer to roam the house while you are at work. I just want to find my person that I can explore the outdoors with and maybe make a dog friend along the way. If I get on your lap, will you love me forever? Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Meet Blair! Blair was adopted from God's Dogs Rescue as a puppy. Her adopted mom loved her very much until she passed away. Instead of continuing to treasure this sweet pup, the family tossed her. Now at 6 years of age, Blair was picked up as a stray in Hondo. Somewhere along the way, she was massively overfed, but Blair has already lost almost 20# in her new foster home. She has progressed from getting out of breath walking from the car into the house to zooming joyfully in the backyard with the rest of the pack! She also excels at catching popcorn! Blair has a bit more weight to lose to be ready for bikini season, but she is well on her way, having lost almost 30 lbs so far. Blair is a stage 5 cuddlebug. All she wants to do is be with her family. Her big brown soulful eyes, crooked lower teeth & lips-to-"teef sticking "problem are sure to melt your heart. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Hi there, I'm Precious. They say that I am called this because I am the most precious dog here at God's Dogs Rescue. I came to the rescue in October of 2022 to have a safe place for me to have and raise my puppies. All my puppies were adopted by the end of January 2023, but I am still here looking for my furever home. I am a bigger girl, but this just means there is more of me to cuddle you, because I love cuddling it's one of my top 3 favorite things. 1) Food- I love food and will do almost anything you ask if you have a treat involved. 2) Cuddles- on your lap, on the couch, in the bed wherever there is a comfy space with pillows or a human I want to be there. 3) Kisses- I have a love of giving kisses to people, especially kids. Although not everyone likes it when I try to kiss them and that makes me sad. 4) Honorable mention- I like going on walks or in the car for a ride, although I prefer just lazing around at home. My current fosters say that I am a "house hippo with springs in my feet whatever that means; I just know sometimes, when I get super happy, I feel like I could fly- or jump really high. I love their kids and am very good with them even the tiny ones. I get along with most other dogs I meet, although I have a big personality about me, because I'm a boss, so sometimes other dogs don't like that about me. I tolerate cats although if they give me too much attitude or growl at me, I can't help but to give them piece of my mind. I like most new people I meet although I had a rough start in life so sometimes, I can be a little wary with men, with time though I adjust, and we can become best friends forever. A few more little details about me: I am almost 3 years old I am a Boxer/Shepherd mix I am great with kids I am good with Cats and Dogs I am crate-trained I am housebroken I can be adopted in Texas or anywhere in the US too! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area, $50 temporary fuel fee will be included)
