Story
Meet Moon Pie Almost 2 years | 80 lbs | Spayed | House-trained | Ready for her person Moon Pie isn’t for everyone—and that’s exactly why she hasn’t landed yet. She’s a **big, athletic, high-drive dog** who bonds hard to her human and expects real engagement. If you want a casual pet, keep scrolling. If you want a **loyal, smart, ride-or-die companion**—keep reading. The Dog Boxer × Hanging Tree mix = brains, speed, and intensity. She loves people. Like, *thinks she’s a lap dog* loves people. She wants connection, structure, and a job—even if that job is hiking beside you every day. She’s house trained, fully vetted, and physically thriving. Her Past (and Why It Matters) Moon Pie survived being trapped under a pallet, leaving a scar on her back. That scar? Cosmetic. What matters is this: **she’s tough, resilient, and she came back stronger.** Moon Pie needs: ✔ Structure, not chaos ✔ Daily physical exercise (not a backyard lap) ✔ Mental work (training, tasks, engagement) ✔ A handler who understands high-drive dogs She has had conflict with a similarly matched female dog. For success, we are placing her as: ✔ Only dog OR ✔ With a calm, opposite-sex dog after proper intro Ideal Home You’re a fit if you: • Like dogs with *presence* • Understand energy and arousal—not just “obedience” • Want a dog that actually **does life with you** • Aren’t intimidated by a strong, smart dog Straight Truth Moon Pie is not “too much.” She’s just been waiting for someone who’s enough. Right now, she’s getting passed over by people who don’t understand her. That’s fine. We’re looking for the one who does. Location Greeneville, TN Transport options available for the right home If you’ve owned working or high-drive dogs and you’re ready for one that will **lock onto you and not look back**, apply now. If you’re unsure—this isn’t your dog.

Story
Hi, I’m Remi-Lynn 🐾 I’ve been lucky enough to have a home where I was deeply loved. My dad recently made a really honorable and difficult decision to join the military to help protect our country, and with that change in life, I’m now looking for a new family to love and call my own. My old family had a couple of little kiddos, so I’m great with even tiny humans. That’s important for you to know! And so you don’t get confused, my name used to be Roxy-Lynn but now it is Remi-Lynn. Let me tell you a little more about me. I’ve got a big heart and even bigger energy. I’m perfectly kennel trained (no accidents here—I take pride in that!). I love being around my people and, if I’m honest, I really prefer being as close as possible… lapdog status is my favorite status. I get along great with other dogs and I LOVE to play. Snickers is one of my best playmates. I enjoy fetch, tug-of-war, and carrying my rubber ball around like it’s my job. I also really love bones—chewing them is serious business. Sometimes I get a little silly… okay, a LOT silly. I like playing keep-away and making my humans laugh. And yes… I do this dramatic “superman” jump off the couch straight onto Snickers when we’re really going at it. I don’t always understand why everyone yells when I do it, but apparently it’s both terrifying and hilarious. I’ve also got a bit of a hunter’s spirit. Rabbits and squirrels are very interesting to me. When I’m in play mode, I’ll even crouch down and slowly stalk like I’m on a mission before I pounce—it’s all in good fun, of course. Mostly, I’m just a loving, loyal, playful girl who wants to be part of a family again. I’ve been deeply loved once, and I’m ready to love just as deeply right back. If you’ve got room in your home (and on your couch… preferably on your lap), I think we could be really happy together. Love, Remi-Lynn 🐶

Story
Mimi is a 58lb Boxer mix born approximately 3/1/22. Mimi is an energetic girl that loves playtime! Her favorite activity is aimlessly running around while being chased by her human companion. She has lots of energy but is intelligent enough to know how to restrain herself in the right moments. he also knows a few commands like sit, down, and is learning drop! Rain, snow, sleet, or shine Mimi is always up for a fun play session. Mimi is also an avid tennis ball fetcher. Tennis balls not only heighten her senses, but she also bolts at the speed of light to catch them. She is an absolute pleasure and would be wonderful for anyone who wants an active playful companion. Our adoption fee is $125 for small breed dogs under 20 pounds and $100 for all other dogs and cats unless otherwise noted in their bio. This handsome devil is Zeus! He is a black and white boxer mix breed whose estimated DOB is 2/15/2024 and on 3/16/2025 he weighed 50 pounds. Not only is Zeus handsome, he's friendly, playful and smart. He will get excited and jumpy, but will stop it and sit pretty for a treat! He loves, loves treats, which really helps with training. Zeus would do best with a yard where he can run and play. As with all of our dogs, if you have other dogs or small children, we recommend bringing them to meet Zeus before adopting. Come meet Zeus today and give him the loving home he needs. Our adoption fee is $125 for small breed dogs under 20 pounds and $100 for all other dogs and cats unless otherwise noted in their bio. Edward is a handsome boxer mix, with striking brindle coloring whose estimated date of birth is 1/27/2022 and on 11/15/04 he weighed in at 65 pounds. He is a sweet boy with a generally calm nature and has a playful side, too. He came to us as a stray, so we don't know a lot about his background. We do know however, that he's wild about fetch! He will play until he tires himself out or your arm falls off! Come and play some fetch with Edward today and give him the loving home he deserves! Our adoption fee is $125 for small breed dogs under 20 pounds and $100 for all other dogs and cats unless otherwise noted in their bio. Story
Denver is a 9-year-old Pit Bull mix with a big heart and soulful eyes. He’s up to date on all his vaccinations, heartworm prevention, and flea/tick treatment—and he’s ready to find a calm, loving forever home to enjoy his golden years. Denver is great with other dogs and loves hanging out with his four-legged friends. He hasn’t been cat tested yet, so a slow introduction would be best if you have a feline family member. Due to his age and preferences, Denver needs a home with no young children. He would thrive in a quiet environment with teenagers or adults only, where he can relax, be himself, and get all the love he deserves.Out-of-state transport is available for an additional fee, so no matter where you are if you're looking for a loyal companion with experience and heart, Denver might be your perfect match. 💙

Story
Hi there! I’m Gizmo, but my foster parents like to call me Mo because I take my time and just chill—like a little buddy who “mosies” along at my own pace. My adventure started when I showed up in the neighborhood, scared and alone. It took a week for the kind folks around to catch me and take me to a shelter. Thankfully, a rescue group pulled me from there, and now I’m loving life in foster care! I’m about two years old and have been getting along great with my two foster canine siblings as well as my two feline foster siblings. In fact, I let them cozy up next to me when I am chilling! My temperament is very sweet and laid-back, perfect for cuddles and relaxation. I have a unique build—my big head and short legs give me a cute and quirky look that makes everyone smile. Plus, my eyes are super expressive, showing just how much love I have in my heart. One of my favorite things is to sit on the couch and watch the world go by! Often when my foster parents leave, they see me sitting on the couch and watching the world go by out of the windows and when they return, they find me in the same position! Even though I love to watch the world go by out of the window, I seldom bark! I haven’t been in foster care for long, so as I settle in and my personality develops, my rescue will update my bio with all the fun details. I can’t wait to find my forever home where I can really show off my charm!
