**Dean was enrolled in the Paws in Prison Program for 8 weeks of obedience training. He will be at the North Central Unit in Calico Rock. He will be crate trained, learn manners and he will learn lots of tricks as well! Dean will be looking for a forever home before he graduates in Aug, so if you are interested in meeting him, please contact us. Read more about him below… Dean came to us as an owner surrender. He was chasing the neighbor's livestock and they were threatening to shoot him. They had no where to contain him so they brought him to the shelter. He is house trained and knows simple commands. He is very good with other dogs, but has not been around cats. He has a sweet and gentle disposition and just wants to be near people. He is used to being part of a family and is missing that close interaction with humans. He will make a great family pet!
