She can be a bit shy at first, but warms up quickly and loves cuddles and quality time with her humans. Addie is not good with cats and would do best in a home without kitties. She enjoys being part of daily adventures, but is just as happy relaxing at home. Addie came to us after being abandoned, and despite a rough start, she has a positive outlook and a heart full of love to share. Excited to find your new family member at Wags and Whiskers? Since not all of our pets come into the store each day, adoption meet-and-greets are scheduled by appointment. Meet Rock Gecko  This six-month-old mixed pup is as handsome as his name is cool! With his naturally docked tail and those Boxer looks, Rock Gecko is part of our Gecko family — related to many of the other white and brown pups you’ve seen in our photos.   He takes about ten minutes to warm up, but once he does, he’s all in — affectionate, loyal, and full of heart. His house training is going great, and he loves heading outside in “pack mode.” We’re still working on leash manners, as the leash is a little scary for him right now, but he’s learning with patience and trust. Rock Gecko would do best with another dog friend and hasn’t been exposed to small children, cats, or livestock. Beetlebug is one of nine adorable puppies born to sweet mama Gekko (a corgi-shepherd mix) on April 2, 2025—and he’s ready to find his forever family! While his mom is short and stout, Beetlebug took after the long-legged, boxer-ish side of the family. This fun-loving pup is a total water enthusiast and would happily splash the day away if he could.   Beetlebug is neutered, microchipped, current on all puppy shots, and even has his rabies vaccination. I was given almas a birthday gift as a little girl but unfortunately she has been getting into fights with our other dogs that have been raised together as puppies. She is a very good watch dog and cuddle bug, she can be clingy and super loveable she loves just running around the yard As the economy gets harder I not only cannot afford to take proper care of her anymore, I don't want her to suffer because I want to be selfish and want to keep her, she needs a good experience owner with a big yard to give her a better life. She's always been a pet rather than guard dog so if you're looking for a little bit of both she's your gal!.
