Story
I'm a 9yyr old Boxer mix and whatever you’re doing, WE’RE doing together. I have a tough exterior but honestly, I just want to be around you. I am pretty cautious around new people however, I'm easily won over with treats. I just want to hang out with my people. I'm very calm and low energy 90% of the time. The other 10% is full on sassy personality. Don't you dare leave me at home if you go out to get coffee! I NEED a pup cup! When we're hanging out, I'll follow you everywhere like a shadow. When you're gone, I'll patiently wait to greet you with the excitement of best friends who haven't seen each other in years. I bark at new noises and I'll let you know somebody is at the door before they are able to knock. I'd do best in a home as an only dog. Breed: Boxer /Mix Color: Brown/Chocolate - with White I'm very good at just hanging out and blending into your routine. I like to wake up with you in the morning, eat with you, go with you to get coffee (so I can get a pup cup of course) and just generally be around you throughout the day. I know basic cues but I'm definitely not perfect. I'm also super sassy occasionally and will have a full on conversation with you. I'm terrified of people who are afraid of me. They make me feel very uncomfortable and I just struggle to be around people like that. I don't exactly “beg” for food but I will get close to you in hopes of getting a treat. I love my treats! I'm really great about letting you know I need to go outside to potty. I will scratch at the door to get your attention. No other animals please. I do best when I can just hang out with my humans and relax. I had a sister doggo but that was years ago and since then, I am reactive to other animals. I MIGHT be able to adjust although it would take the perfect circumstances and some extreme patience with introductions. I really like children from about 10 years old and up. I love to play “Blanket Monster” where my little humans hide under the blanket as I run around and nibble at them and try to uncover them. This always leads to hysterical laughter and a good time for all. I'm very gentle with my little humans. Younger kids scare me so I'd do best in a home without them. I don't really play with toys. I get my enjoyment from walkies, food time, pup cups and sun bathing followed by more walkies. My Ideal forever home is a family with older kids where somebody is almost always (if not always) home. A stay at home parent, a human that works from home, or a schedule that means I always have a human to hang out with is best. I would like a house with a yard (doesn't have to be big) where I can roam around the backyard and sunbathe whenever I feel like it. My ideal humans would be able to continue to feed me a fresh food diet. It's what has helped me stay so healthy and the food is SO GOOD! I need somebody who understands I'm an amazing doggo who just happens to be particular about certain things. I look forward to us getting to know each other!

Story
“From the side of the highway to your home!" I am a goofy, loving, energetic ball of fun and I love playing with balls and toys. I do take time to build trust with new people and situations so I'd need someone very patient. I would need a home without small children. General Socialization Notes: I am fearful of new situations (new people, new dogs,) which presents as barking and backing away. I have been taking training classes to help build my confidence. I am extremely food motivated. I am getting much better at meeting new people especially when they have treats! I am potty trained and crate-trained. I sleep through the night and love my routine. Does Penny like other animals? I love playing with my 5-year old foster dog brother. He is a well-socialized friend and has a calm demeanor. I do want to chase small animals (rabbits and squirrels) on walks, so I'd likely not do well with small dogs, cats, or other small pets in the home. Does Penny like children? Younger children would be too unpredictable for me, but I might do well with older teens who are calm and take the time to build my trust. Favorite Toys: I love Kongs filled with treats (I'll spend hours working on them.) I really enjoy running through sprinklers. I also love tennis balls, and any squeaky toys to play fetch with. Ideal Forever Home: I need someone who is used to shy dogs like me. I'd love space to play outside and I'd need someone committed to continuing my training so I keep improving and building trust. I'd do well with a larger, well socialized dog. No small children please.

Story
****FOSTER NEEDED!**** Rescuing Ranger Dog is ready for his furever home! I'm an extroverted guy who loves attention and being petted. I'm good at the groomers and have my basic obedience cues down. I have a sweet, sensitive soul. I love my ball and playing fetch means everything to me. I also enjoy adventures. What's not to love about me? General Socialization Notes: If it were up to me, I'd snuggle up to my family all day every day, or go on an adventures with them. I love car rides. I've learned to be quiet during the day at my foster mom's feet while she works. I used to get sad and anxious when she left, but I've become very familiar with going into my crate while she's gone or snuggling up on the couch until she returns. She also bought me a snuggle puppy stuffed animal that has a 'heartbeat' and I've loved curling up with it in my crate. It's really helped me settle in quickly in my crate! She also crates me at night when she goes to bed. I developed some noise sensitivity but it may have been due to stress. Does Ranger like other animals? I sometimes react to dogs on leashes and behind fences as I pass them, but I've been working really hard over the last month on my training and am getting better about ignoring them and not being as afraid they might pop out from the fence. I do resource guard so I might do best as an only dog. I tried to meet a cat once, but wasn't given ample time and boundaries to get familiar with the cat. If a family is interested in me that has a cat, I'll need time to warm up to it and proper introduction methods to see how I might do. I've been to a barn that houses horses, and was introduced to them while being on leash. I really wasn't interested in them and didn't react as I do with dogs while being on leash. When we ran out in the field where horses were being ridden, I was WAY more interested in a ball and playing fetch. Does Ranger like children? While I haven't been exposed to children, it might be best if children in the house were slightly older (8+). Sometimes I get really excited about toys, and I'm still learning the 'drop it' cue. A late grade school, middle schooler, and high schooler might better understand to be patient with me. Favorite Toys: My favorite activity has been going to a field and retrieving a thrown ball over and over again. Inside the house, I love playing fetch, but I also love playing keep away. It's so much fun! Really any dog toy will get me excited if my new family is willing to throw it for me! Ideal Forever Home: My ideal home would be one with a patient person or family who will love me unconditionally. I'd love a family that I can snuggle up to on the couch with, who will throw a ball or toy for me, and bring me along on their adventures and car rides! I would do best as an only dog. I love going for walks. If my next home has a fence around the yard or farm land, I'd love to spend time in the yard with them as they do yard work or play with me. I have a lot of love to give, and am ready to have a place in my furever home.

Story
Sweet one- year-old Boxer mix male puppy. We adopted him at 8-weeks-old on December 26, 2025. He is house trained and crate trained. He gets along with our older dog with no issues. We adopted his brother at the same time and we are having trouble with litter mate syndrome. The brothers fight like crazy and we have to keep them separated. We need to rehome one of them. Oliver responded very well to training. He is high energy which is typical of Boxers. He is still learning on manners and could use some additional training. With the right owner, he is a great dog and will do really well. He does not like cats. He should not be around d really young children because he knocks them over when he gets excited. Help me find him a loving home!

Story
Meet Iris. She is super human friendly dog and loves her daily walks. Her foster mama has taught her lots of leash manners. Iris doesn't do well with other adult dogs. She loves puppies and if a puppy is raised with her shell be fine. She didn't get a good start in life as she was a breeder dog. Iris has been in our facility for almost a year. We all have high hopes for her that her fur-ever home is out there. She is potty trained, crate trained and loves her daily walks. Will you be Iris fur-ever human?

Story
My dogs had an accidental litter so I had her for the most of her life and then we rehomed her November 1st and they messaged me asking if I can take her back because they had a flood in their rental and are trying to find a new place to live so we are just trying to find her a new home that will love her and take care of her. She’s been good with them and she did good with us has the puppy energy and would keep her if I didn’t already have so many animals and a growing family.
