Story
Olive is a friendly girl who has lived with a 9-year-old child and is believed to do well with kids. She gets along well with other dogs in the home and is social with people. When left alone free roaming, she can be destructive; she would do best in a home with someone around most of the time and a dog-savvy adopter committed to training. Olive also has a history of escaping and has chewed through wooden fencing, so a secure setup and close supervision will be important as she works on these behaviors.

Story
“From the side of the highway to your home!" I am a goofy, loving, energetic ball of fun and I love playing with balls and toys. I do take time to build trust with new people and situations so I'd need someone very patient. I would need a home without small children. General Socialization Notes: I am fearful of new situations (new people, new dogs,) which presents as barking and backing away. I have been taking training classes to help build my confidence. I am extremely food motivated. I am getting much better at meeting new people especially when they have treats! I am potty trained and crate-trained. I sleep through the night and love my routine. Does Penny like other animals? I love playing with my 5-year old foster dog brother. He is a well-socialized friend and has a calm demeanor. I do want to chase small animals (rabbits and squirrels) on walks, so I'd likely not do well with small dogs, cats, or other small pets in the home. Does Penny like children? Younger children would be too unpredictable for me, but I might do well with older teens who are calm and take the time to build my trust. Favorite Toys: I love Kongs filled with treats (I'll spend hours working on them.) I really enjoy running through sprinklers. I also love tennis balls, and any squeaky toys to play fetch with. Ideal Forever Home: I need someone who is used to shy dogs like me. I'd love space to play outside and I'd need someone committed to continuing my training so I keep improving and building trust. I'd do well with a larger, well socialized dog. No small children please.

Story
****FOSTER NEEDED!**** Rescuing Ranger Dog is ready for his furever home! I'm an extroverted guy who loves attention and being petted. I'm good at the groomers and have my basic obedience cues down. I have a sweet, sensitive soul. I love my ball and playing fetch means everything to me. I also enjoy adventures. What's not to love about me? General Socialization Notes: If it were up to me, I'd snuggle up to my family all day every day, or go on an adventures with them. I love car rides. I've learned to be quiet during the day at my foster mom's feet while she works. I used to get sad and anxious when she left, but I've become very familiar with going into my crate while she's gone or snuggling up on the couch until she returns. She also bought me a snuggle puppy stuffed animal that has a 'heartbeat' and I've loved curling up with it in my crate. It's really helped me settle in quickly in my crate! She also crates me at night when she goes to bed. I developed some noise sensitivity but it may have been due to stress. Does Ranger like other animals? I sometimes react to dogs on leashes and behind fences as I pass them, but I've been working really hard over the last month on my training and am getting better about ignoring them and not being as afraid they might pop out from the fence. I do resource guard so I might do best as an only dog. I tried to meet a cat once, but wasn't given ample time and boundaries to get familiar with the cat. If a family is interested in me that has a cat, I'll need time to warm up to it and proper introduction methods to see how I might do. I've been to a barn that houses horses, and was introduced to them while being on leash. I really wasn't interested in them and didn't react as I do with dogs while being on leash. When we ran out in the field where horses were being ridden, I was WAY more interested in a ball and playing fetch. Does Ranger like children? While I haven't been exposed to children, it might be best if children in the house were slightly older (8+). Sometimes I get really excited about toys, and I'm still learning the 'drop it' cue. A late grade school, middle schooler, and high schooler might better understand to be patient with me. Favorite Toys: My favorite activity has been going to a field and retrieving a thrown ball over and over again. Inside the house, I love playing fetch, but I also love playing keep away. It's so much fun! Really any dog toy will get me excited if my new family is willing to throw it for me! Ideal Forever Home: My ideal home would be one with a patient person or family who will love me unconditionally. I'd love a family that I can snuggle up to on the couch with, who will throw a ball or toy for me, and bring me along on their adventures and car rides! I would do best as an only dog. I love going for walks. If my next home has a fence around the yard or farm land, I'd love to spend time in the yard with them as they do yard work or play with me. I have a lot of love to give, and am ready to have a place in my furever home.

Story
Fozzie Bear is one big boy! He loves to ride in the car. He loads right up the minute you open the door, making sure not to be left behind! He quietly sits in his seat and watches out the window.Fozzie would do best as an only pet, as he is not good with other dogs or cats. He loves people!! While at home you will find this boy lounging around by your back door chewing on a bone. Curled up by your feet while watching tv or laying across your lap pretending to be much smaller than he actually is!!You couldn’t ask for a more faithful buddy than Fozzie. Unknown with kids, as his foster doesn’t have any. He isn’t a big barker, a little more on the quiet side.He weighs 70 lbs. and is about 4 years old. You gotta meet this big ol’ boy!! Located in Houston TX. and can be transported to most states.HIS TRANPORT FEE HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF BY A GENEROUS DONOR.
