Story
Meet Duchess! She loves nothing more than being close to her people. She is especially cuddly and would happily sit in your lap all day if she could. She came to the shelter with her longtime companion Titus (A1774287)! They have spent many years side by side and rely on each other for comfort and will need to go home together. Duchess is described as sweet, easygoing, and well mannered in the home. She is potty trained and used to free roaming a house with a yard. She greets visitors with curious sniffs and is a gentle girl.Duchess and Titus are hoping to find a calm home where they can relax, enjoy some treats, and spend their golden years together!

Story
I'm Hugo, a 1 year old male Boxer mix. I am very friendly and good with other dogs and kids. My Foster adds: Hugo is so sweet, VERY snuggly, and settling in nicely! This gorgeous guy is a CHAMPION snuggler (seriously, he would climb inside you if he could!), gets along well with his foster brother (although will give a soft growl if he needs some space), wonderful with my older kids (12 &13), definitely a follower- will follow you from room to room (bathrooms included ), very food and treat motivated- he smells the counters but hasn't jumped up on them (even when left alone), loves treats and working on taking them gently, knows sit, shake, and come (for a treat, of course ), a DREAM on leash- always stays by your side and stops when you stop (always looking at you to make sure you're coming), briefly interested in other dogs as they walk by, but more interested in sniffing around :) . ********PLEASE READ BELOW PRIOR TO EMAILING IN**********If you are interested in adopting this dog or any other from our rescue, please go to https://www.hobocare.org/adopt to review our home requirements and fill out an application. Story
Chico comes from a shelter in Texas. He is 3 years old. While he loves to play with dogs at dog parks or outside, he would be better as an only pet as he gets jealous of sharing attention. He is protective and the most loyal companion you will ever have. He’s happy to have a lazy day or be active as you wish. He is a sweet boy who will want to be by your side all day.
