Hi I'm Bodhi! I was found as a stray pup on my own...no mama, no siblings. A good samaritan found me and thankfully I made it to Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue. As I don't know who my mom and dad are, it's hard to say what my breed is, but my rescue see potential boxer and pointer in me. I'm estimated at around 18 weeks old as of the beginning of December. I'm a very sweet boy and super adorable so hoping I find a forever home for the holidays!My adoption fee of $450 includes vet check, up to date shots, deworming, registered microchip, and neuter at one of our rescue's Ft Myers vets when I am a bit older. Poor Genesis. Last day is scheduled for Monday Dec 11. She will need to be adopted or euthanized- She is friendly with other dogs and loves to play. Great with people and was tested for food guarding issues and passed but apparently when she was adopted she did have some. However the person said she was great with kids and had a tendency of being protective of her toys. So Genesis was returned which is the kiss of death- she is now labeled so will need to be adopted only, no kids- Met her and she was great so yes she has potential but we dont even know if the former adopter was truthful. there was an other story untold inside of the home not related to Genesis. Poor girl she is now paying the price. if you are interested in saving her life please fill out the application again she needs to be adoption only at this time. thanks . She is 2 years old and 55 LBS and of course gorgeous.

This is the story of a very sweet boy who end it up in a shelter on death row. he is very sweet and only 9 months old- We met him a couple days ago and he is too scared to go to the adoption floor so he has no way to go. He is an angel. Loving towards Human and and did well with other dogs. He is a funny looking boy. Part Pitt and part wired terrier. He only wants to be on your lap. we have additional picture. if you would like to save his life please fill out the application. He is young and it would be sad for him not to have a chance in life. He is 47LBS. Please remember that all our dogs when applying for them require adopter with a history of vet care and heartworm prevention. We want the best for these guys and heartworm for us is very important. Thanks for your understanding.

We offer one year of vet care when vaccines have to be renewed. Great offer, don's miss it This is a sweet boy who was brought to the shelter after his owner passed away. No one wanted him so he ended up there on death row. I met him a couple of time and after seeing how friendly he was with other dogs and people decided to save his life. He is perfect!!! Rare to find a dog like this. He is in foster care right now and the gentleman wrote a few lines about Duke to give you an idea on him: He learns quick. Gives love and wants love. Likes other dogs a lot and he loves people. He is great on a leach and asks to go out every time and he tell me when it’s dinner time. Expressive dog but gentle , clam and well adjusted. Going on bike ride often about 1mile 1/2 and has no issue morning and night. Duke loves it. Loves to go for ride in my truck, lays on floor very gentle. Duke is a 4 year old neutered weighs 70LBS if you would like to meet him and enjoy a great dog please fill out the application online at www.findahomegiveahome.com under the forms Tab.
