I was surrendered because my owner didn’t have enough time for me, and now I’m hoping to find a family who will make me part of their everyday life. I’m house-trained, affectionate, and great with dogs, cats, and children of all ages—so I am pretty much the whole package deal! I also love a good game of fetch and playing in the yard! I may be older, but I still have plenty of fun left in me—and when playtime is over, I’ll happily soak up all the love and attention you have to give. I’m ready for a home where I can be someone’s loyal companion and enjoy my golden years. Ask to meet me! I would love to be your new best friend!Laila is a beautiful eight-year-old girl who gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She is very sweet, friendly, and weighs around 58 lbs.

We adopted Finn from the Humane Society in 2022. He is the sweetest baby and loves to play. He isn’t good with other animals but needs a lot more energy than me and my fiancée are able to give him. I would love to find him a home that would give him that energy he deserves and be able to play with him in that way. He does tend to play a little rough. He does get very hyper and I wouldn’t recommend him being around children though he hasn’t been around any since we’ve adopted him. We are worried that if we return him to the Humane Society that they will put him down for playing rough.

I am a sweetheart with lots of love to give! I can be shy and timid at first. It’s just a little scary in here for me, and I just need a little patience, reassurance, and time to feel safe enough to let my personality shine. I’m both house-trained and crate-trained, so I already know a thing or two about being a wonderful houseguest! I’m also a smart girl who knows some basic commands, such as “sit,” “come,” and “paw”. I’ve done well around children ages 4 and older, and I get along well with dogs. However, I may do best in a home with no small dogs. I may need a little extra time to feel comfortable, but underneath my shy exterior is a sweet girl just waiting for someone to make her feel safe and loved. I already have so many of the qualities of a wonderful companion - now I just need a family willing to give me a chance. Could you be my safe place and my forever home?Gracie is a lovely 2-year-old girl who weighs 85 pounds. She gets along well with other dogs, has a gentle nature, and walks nicely on a leash.

These 10 week old babies found themselves surrendered at the shelter a part of an accidental litter…spay and neuter your pets my friends!!! When everyone in the litter had rescue help except for two…well you know we had to find a way to make it work! Spirit and Spook have had a busy 24 hours. They left the shelter, had a road trip, have met dogs and cats, panicked over what a leash and collar are, went to the vet, and are spending their first nights in their foster homes. I was found tied to a tree and abandoned, left behind very skinny and malnourished, with skin issues that showed just how much I had been neglected. No dog deserves to be forgotten like that. But my story doesn’t end at that tree. I am finally safe, getting the food, care, and love I’ve been missing...and every day I’m getting a little stronger. As a Dogo Argentino, I am a powerful and intelligent breed with some special needs of my own. I would love to find someone who has experience with my breed and understands the importance of structure, training, and responsible ownership. I have already survived the hardest chapter of my life. Now, I’m hoping the next one includes a full belly, soft beds, lots of love, and a family who will never leave me behind again.
