Story
Chloe Coco is a 7-year-old boxer mix who came to us from an unfortunate hoarding situation. She isn't enticed by food so much, but she loves a good tennis ball and game of fetch. Chloe is a sweet girl who previously lived with many other dogs and is tolerant of them, but may be a bit selective about the dogs she gets along with. She likes her safe spaces, and may do best in a patient home who can let her acclimate slowly to new environments. Come meet this sweetie at CCHS!

Story
Jax is a 9 month old Boxer/Pitbull mix available at CCHS. He was brought to us because his previous owners didn't have the space for him. He is a sweet and cuddly lap dog who loves run around and play. Jax is more shy with men but has warmed up quickly to many of the male staff. While he does require training classes he is very mature and well mannered for his age. Come by CCHS if you'd like to meet with Jax!

Story
Clyde is a 70 pound sweetheart. He`s a little shy at first but if you just give him a chance he will warm up to you and show you his true personality. He loves to play with toys. He listens to instructions very well, but needs an assertive instructor. He can be energetic and plays too rough to be placed with children under 12 years of age. He tends to be more gentle with women when it comes to toy behavior. He loves tennis balls and playing fetch! He is not a fan of cats, but previously lived with a female dog and may do okay with female dogs. Clyde needs a lot of space to run and is waiting to find his forever family!

🍿 Meet Popcorn! 🍿Popcorn is a 4–5 month old pup with a name that fits him perfectly — he’s light, bouncy, and guaranteed to make you smile. He was found dumped with no one waiting for him, but you’d never know it from his cheerful spirit. This little guy has decided that every new day is worth wagging about.Smart, curious, and incredibly treat-motivated, Popcorn is quick to learn and always ready for his next adventure (or snack). He’s still finishing up some medication for a mild skin infection, but he’s feeling better every day and can’t wait to trade shelter life for a soft bed and a family of his own. We’re accepting pre-approval applications now, so once he’s cleared by our vet, he’ll be ready to head home!🐾 Adoption details:* Age: 4–5 months* Adoption fee: $225 (includes vaccinations, microchip, and neuter)* Status: Accepting pre-approval applicationsPopcorn’s the kind of pup who fills a room with joy — the kind who reminds you that even after a rough start, good things can still pop up when you least expect them. 🍂💛

Story
🐾 Meet Dobby — Your Future Little House Pup! 🐾Say hello to Dobby, a 4–6 month old Boxer/Chihuahua mix (we think — and yes, we’re as confused as you are 😂). He was named by our amazing Facebook followers as part of a group of uniquely-named pups based on their looks, and honestly… the name could not be more perfect.Just like his magical namesake, Dobby is a free-spirited, loyal little goofball who is basically Dobby the House Pup. He’s sweet, gangly, and full of that “did I just trip over my own feet?” kind of charm. He’s expected to be a medium-ish sized dog when fully grown — perfectly sized for adventures and couch cuddles.✨ Dobby’s special powers include:• Turning regular toys into magical treasure• Casting “Zoomius Maximus” during playtime• Making messes disappear (by redistributing them around the room)He’s playful, a little ornery in the cutest way, and loves to roughhouse and wrestle with toys. He’s still learning his puppy manners, but he’s got a heart full of mischief and love. And don’t worry — Dobby is a free elf… he just needs a forever home instead of a sock. 🧦🐶If you’re ready for some magic, laughs, and puppy chaos, Dobby is ready to be loyal to you forever.📍 Available for adoption now🪄 Come meet your very own house puppy elf!
