Hi, I'm Woody. My story didn't start out easy. I was found alone on a trail, severely underweight and covered in cuts and abrasions. I was skin and bones, and my face was especially injured — swollen, painful, and infected. But through all of the treatment and healing, I showed everyone what kind of dog I really am. I was the absolute best patient, and now that I've recovered, my personality has truly started to shine. I'm a handsome brindle-and-white Boxer mix who is quiet, gentle, calm, and incredibly laid-back. I love being petted, walk beautifully on a leash, and am perfectly content simply being beside someone who treats me kindly. I don't need to be the center of attention or keep you busy all day. I'm just a really good dog who enjoys the simple things — a nice walk, a gentle hand, and a person to call my own. Whatever happened before I found my way here is part of my past. I'm ready to leave it behind and spend the rest of my life surrounded by the love and kindness I deserve. Hi, I'm Cassie! I'm a beautiful American Bulldog mix with a big personality and an even bigger love for people. I absolutely love attention — pets, walks, treats, playtime, and even a quick glance in my direction can make my whole day. I'm happiest when I'm spending time with my people and would love nothing more than to have a family of my own to devote all my love and energy to. I came to the shelter as a stray, and I've come a long way since then. I've gone through training and have made huge improvements in my manners.
